Seeing this, Sam immediately brought up his shield for the fireball to hit.

"Yosh! Got him!" The intruder cheered as he grinned happily when he saw the fireball hit Sam.

However, his grin was wiped off his face the moment he saw Sam rushing towards him without a single scratch.

"Stop! Fireball!!!" The intruder said as he casted fireball again in a panic.

However, the same as the other fireball, it was simply ineffective against Sam.

'Thank god I trained my magic defense with Maria... Though the number of times she hit me with a waterball just to control her mana was way too much... It was like she was doing it on purpose...' Sam thought inside his head as he bashed the intruder with his shield.
