1 Prologue:

Venue: World wolf organisation (WWO)

As the almighty gate with statues of a sitting wolf at either sides opens, a parade of luxurious cars approach the main building. The vehicles come to a screeching stop. Men in their expensive suits get off the car and head inside the building, each followed by their betas or gammas.

The WWO was an organisation found by their ancient ancestors after the Great War to ensure the welfare of werewolf community. The speaker was the voice of its people, the one that overlooks every pack in the world. Rogue control, territorial disputes, inter-pack relationships, mate-related issues were all governed under the speaker, a powerful position. In other terms, he is the Alpha of alphas. Every century, a new speaker is elected. The alphas have to fight each other in a ring on a full moon night and the one that stands until the end will be named the speaker.

The once chaotic room fell into pin-drop silence as the current speaker enters the room. Richardo D'Schwitz, was the respected alpha of  Midnight Pack. His wolf, Ryan, was the  strongest wolf in the 20th century,  making him the speaker. Everyone bowed to him as he ascended the magnificent throne. 

"May the moon goddess' blessings rest upon all of us. Please take your seat", he motioned everyone to sit. Once all of them had settled down he began with his words, "Today I have an important announcement to make. Before that I would like someone to appear here.", his voice gentle yet dominating, "Bring her in!"

Uncertainty and confusion visible in everyone's eyes. The door opens to welcome a woman in dark robes. Her eyes as black as her hairs. Seeing the person, the crowd drowned in surprised whispers.

Maria was a witch, who despite her identity was immensely respected by the werewolf community as she was the only connection between the moon goddess and their kind. The goddess conveyed her messages through her. She lived in the Eastern woods, far away from the human kind and werewolf community. She never left her place until it was a dire situation. For her to come here personally meant something very important is to take place.

"Maria, may I request you now to convey the message that the goddess has for us?"

" The Aibanu is to awaken soon. She will rule over you with her mate beside. Treat her with respect for she is my most beloved.", she recited the words slowly but very clearly.

That did the job! It was like the moment when you prepared for an English test and the teacher decides to give you a Maths test. 

"Aibanu!?"

"Is this for real? "

"But we haven't had an Aibanu since like what ... 5 generations!?"

"You must be kidding me! "

"There were no reports about a birth of such a special child. We would have known if something like that were to happen! "

The room fell into chaos again.  They were bombarded with questions. Confusion. Surprise. Disblief.

"Silence!", Richardo's voice boomed and the room fell into silence within a fraction of seconds.

"It is true that the Aibanu has appeared and her birth was informed. It was kept a secret on the command of the moon goddess herself. However, who she is or which pack she belongs to, we never know. All of us have to wait until the awakening to recognise her. I hope that whoever may that be, Will be respected as wished by the moon goddess. She shall rule over us along with her mate! The meeting is dispersed. You can leave now. "

With this he stood up and turned to leave.  Maria, along with the others bowed to him in respect. The crowd still awe struck from what just happened, slowly dispersed to their pack to spread the news.
