"Alright now I think its fine for some explaining. Currently we are in a world where things like gods walk amongst the human population, there are no ninja or hidden villages here." I explain as most of the older ninja just look at me in disbelieve.

I pull out some basic information books and pass them around.

"Basically gods got bored, and came down here so they could bless humans with special powers called Falna, then those people could train and go into the massive dungeon to fight off monsters, find treasures and so on. These adventurers grow extremely quickly in power and often try to jump up ranks as fast as they can. Now the problem with this is that they dont have real training for the most part, and they don't work on thier foundation." I explain. "However it also limits them, once you reach a certain higher rank, due to your shit foundation, you can't go any higher, also if the god chooses to not update your status then you'll be stuck."

Everyone nods in understanding but Fu raises her hand.

"Yes Fu?"

"Who is your god?" She asks.

"I don't have one. I'm working on my foundations and technically I've only been a ninja for a year." I rub my finger near my temple and my real eyes pop out from under the seal. "I have some special abilities that have increased my training speed. Onto chakra! They dont use it here, there is no ninjutsu, instead they have magic, they activate it with chants. However it's mostly rare and hard to find, you can also learn it from special items that are majorly expensive and rare. People can learn to use chakra if they have a gods blessing though. However it's pretty fucking pointless as they dont know how to use it. I've been teaching Valerie how to use chakra and she can use if fine. Although there are some problems."

They all look at the blonde.

"I'm a vampire, a living dead who has been alive for hundreds of years. I dont generate chakra, so I have to take it from someone else by feeding on thier blood. However I can only feed off of a single person." She smiles and points at me.

"Nearly killed me the first time too." I grumble before clapping my hands. "Anyway, the God's. I would advise not getting close to many of them as they are ruled by thier divinites and often greedy and do outrageous things, for example, Freya, a goddess who I try to avoid. Has a fetish for strong people and strange souls, she would without a doubt kill off this entire city if she found someone she was interested in. She would also do her hardest to make that person stronger in her own twisted way not caring about innocents."

They all frown at that.

"Of course there are a couple of good gods but about half are fucking garbage. Also Tsunade you are banned from drinking and gambling, there are drinks here that act like super drugs and you can be sold into slavery for debts." I explain seriously. "Do not make deals or vows on your soul, life or anything like that as they are binding here and will be upheld by the heavens, and if you go back on your word your soul will be destroyed."

They all nodded.

"Anyway read your packets, then we can all head to Valerie's mansion, I need to check on some stuff." I tell them.

"Ah, I cant read very well." Fu admits sheepishly.

"That's fine, come sit by me and we can go over everything together." I pat the seat next to me. "Anyone else need help with thier books?" I ask.

Guren and Tayuya raise thier hands.

Well one was an orphan and most villages have shitty schooling if any.

I pat more chairs and they come and sit next to me, Guren looking pleased and Tayuya embarrassed.

"We will make a trip later to get you guys identification and I'm sure Valerie will be pleased to be your mentor." I smile at them all.

"I never asked but what is the reason you are gathering all these people? Do you have some kind of goal or something?" Tsunade asks.

Everyone focuses on me once more.

"Goal huh? Honestly I just kind wanted to survive, there is a lot of dangerous stuff out there, not to mention I kind if enjoyed messing with people and helping you guys. However it comes at a price, for example to save Fu, I'll have to fight 2 S rank Rogue Ninja in 3 and a half years. Me and Valerie may have killed 2 already, however we caught them off guard and thier abilities were a bad match up." I tell them.

"You killed 2 S rank rogue ninja?" Tsunade asks in shock.

"Kisame Hosigaki, and Itachi Uchiha. Right before we found you. Mostly it was a surprise attack though, instantly disarm kisame, and then keep itachi off guard, his Genjutsu doesnt work on me." I chuckle. "Anyway my goal I guess is just to live and do what I want, perhaps save a couple people along the way. If you guys have something you want to do I'm fine with that too. Open a hospital, play music, fight monsters, shit you could open a bakery for all I care. But I'll more than likely be traveling to different worlds fighting strong enemies so if you want to come along and help me you'll need to get stronger too."

They all look thoughtful while going back to the booklets, I just read one of them to the 3 girls beside me. Really gunna need to teach them to read better.

As for Valerie, well she had to head to the guild, she had put in a notice of 2 months of absence for an adventure. She also wanted to get a headstart on everyone's paperwork.
