26. The Quest.

(Majority Vote for the little adventure to naruto world to cause some havoc. No this will not be the only time the Naruto world is involved, I figure this could be a way to introduce a variety of new members and fuck with people.)

Everything was normal for the next couple of months. I got the items I needed, however I was still missing some plants and seeds and I would have to do experiments. Mostly with mixing medicines together as the plants in this world didnt have the same properties in the Naruto world.

Just like that my first year in the world came to be. I was no five years old. I had trained my fucking ass off too.

However I was currently looking in disbelieved at the screen in front of me.

It wasnt a screen I had made, it was floating in the fucking air and blue.

[So you want to be a Ninja? Optional Quest. You have spent an entire year training to be a ninja, Chuunin exams are currently starting in the Naruto world. Go there and prove to everyone that you have what it takes to be a ninja!]

[Requirments: A party of 3 for the exams, a person to act as Jonin for your team. Time limit 2 months in the Naruto world. Identification will be provided, funds can also be exchanged 1:1 vali to ryo.]

[Quest Completion: Make Chuunin.]

[Rewards: 5 tickets to bring others from another world. Materia Set.]

"You fucking want me to what?" I shout looking at the quests. Completely ignoring the blue screen in front of my existence for a second.

Valerie next to me stirred and looked around a bit confused. She had been sleeping with me and using me as a cuddle pillow.

"What's going on?" She asks before spotting the blue screen.

"No idea. Some kind of Quest from god or something. Maybe I have a system?" I ask curiously. "System?"

[System is non intelligent and only generates quests randomly. This has been decided by god to spice up your life. All quests are optional. No inventory, No shop, Be wary however as your actions have consequences!] The system states.

That's not fucking ominous at all.

"What is materia?" Valerie asks.

"Magic Crystal's that allow you to use different elements of magic." I explain.

"Are you going to take the quest?" She asks.

I think for a moment.

"Yes."

As soon as I say that the screen lights up.

[Please select your party members.]

The only available members are Deva, Animal, Hephaestus which is odd, and Valerie.

"Valerie you can be the Jonin teacher."

I click on Deva and Animal to be my party members for the exam.

Some items drop in front of me on the bed.

Identification, 4 ninja headbands, and money.

The headbands have a rinnesharingan design on them. Just circles with tomoe.

[Quest starts in 59:59:00]

"We have an hour to prepare. Let's get too it." I state hopping out of bed.

Valerie eagerly gets ready.

Meanwhile i have the Paths put on clothes to hide thier identity. They look like actual ninja with everything hidden except thier eyes.

"That's going to be a problem." I groan having forgotten my eyes.

A quick search through some of the seals for a solution. Doesnt take long to find one that casts an illusion over my eyes and the paths so long as I provide chakra.

Meanwhile the timer ticks down.

A minute before it runs out if time we are all standing in the living room.

As soon as the timer reaches zero everything freezes, our bodies suddenly shift and we are standing in front of a large gate.

We all look around in wonder at the massive city wall. Before a voice breaks us out of our thoughts.

"Here for the Chuunin exams? I just need you fo sign in over here." Looking over I see the eternal Chuunin duo looking at us curiously.

"Right." We walk over to the desk.

"I just need to see your papers, and know which village you come from." The first one asks.

I pull my new ninja license out of my pocket and pass it over and the others follow my lead.

"Sage Village, Can't say I have heard of that village but you are on the roster." Kotetsu says looking over the paperwork.

He pass back our ID, "There is a hotel for all particapant 2 blocks down and to the right called Zuma Inn. Please refrain from using the roofs for travel, here is a map containing information on restricted ares if you are found near or around them you will be apprehended by Anbu, here are ninja shops available for you to purchase supplies if you need them." He says pointing out a variety of different color coded locations that are labeled.

"Much appreciated." I thank the man. "We should check in first."

Valerie is looking around the area curiously as we walk down the roads. I've already memorized the map.

I am getting quite a few looks as I'm only 5 years old right now. Rather young to be a ninja.

It's not hard to find the Inn, we still have to pay for the rooms though, I rent one large room as the Paths don't sleep. Valerie doesnt need to sleep either and I could go a few weeks without sleep easily.

"So what's the plan?" Valerie asks once we are in the room.

"I need to purchase supplies while we are here. Tomorrow is the start of the exams, so try not to get into trouble." my plan was to purchase ninja gear in bulk while I was here, along with getting some of the plants that I've been missing.

"Mm I'll go with you." She says with a smile.

Honestly she doesnt fit in at all as a ninja, wearing her gothic style clothes with her headband tied to her arm.

"Well, then let's go find a place for breakfast." I smile at her.
