Its 2052 and for the last 140 years people have know about 38’s people that have been granted abilities by a element know as element 127 or more commonly knows as 38 as a result people given these powers can join an organization named “Division 38” a top secret section of the government so classified to the extent that the president of the United States doesn’t even know of its existence. Though for the last 100 years it has been under the guise of the CIA to keep from being revealed. With nearly 400 agents working to ensure peace and stability in the world with the best being called Agent 38. Alexandra Moss a second year Collage Student returns to her dorm one day and is exposed to 38 along with the rest of the dorm after three days she wakes to find out that she is a 38 and the division has come to recruit her what awaits her as agent? And who is the mysterious Agent 38?
