21st December 2012.

This was the day when the world changed. Apocalypse had arrived..... but in a different way than expected.

There were no tsunamis; there was no large scale earthquake. But still, apocalypse had arrived. The world we knew would change but the start had begun.

This was the day the world's first dungeon was found. A group of 18 workers found the dungeon and entered it. Only 3 left the dungeon that too with severe injuries.

Millions of people started evolving with special powers. More dungeons were found around the world. And finally, the worst occurred, news about evolved animals arrived. The world was no longer the same.

10th January 2013. This was the day that marked the first dungeon break which happened in South Asia. More than 100 people died and 300 injured, the monsters ran amok in a city while Special Forces found it hard to kill them with guns and bazookas.

This event was followed by 27th January 2013 where 270 young schoolers died in another dungeon break in South America. This was soon followed by the events in 15th February 2013 where a large scale dungeon break occurred and 4300 buildings were destroyed while 1490 people died. The conditions worsened and finally North America was struck on 15th April 2013, but the Special Forces there were better equipped and could handle the dungeon break with lesser causality of 3 dead and 264 injured.

Soon after on 24th April 2013, South Asia was under attack again, the death of 1130 people was recorded. Small attacks everywhere due to dungeon breaks or evolved animals were recorded every other day since then. On 21st October 2013, the Middle East was also under large attacks and lost 1430 lives continued by a large scale loss in South East Asia with 6240 Lives lost on 08th November 2013. Every country was losing people every other day and the situation was growing grave each day. Even Africa faced a new type of infectious virus which caused 11310 lives to be lost and nearly 30000 people infected in the month of February 2014.

The world faced enemies in the form of Dungeon monsters, evolved animals, and natural disasters and now new viruses started appearing. The world population was in a tremendous situation of fear and uncertainty.

In such a situation a new threat rose to power. In May 2014, the chaos started with the rise of Terrorists or terror groups who started attacking and recruiting hunters. This was soon followed by the rise of terrorists in the Middle East in July 2014, South Asia in December 2014 and another strike in Africa in January 2015. The terror groups were attacking and millions of people lost their lives whereas the others were in a state of panic.

The whole years of 2015 and 2016 were full of terror attacks at all the major cities of the world. No continent was spared starting from Asia to North America from these terrorist attacks. But an even worse situation arrived unexpectedly; large scale natural disasters hit most of the countries one after another. A lot of lives were lost but many were saved too and the most considerable effort in saving people during this phase was from the hunters. Hunters were praised like gods in most places and awarded by governments.

But these disasters did not affect the terrorists and terror strikes continued till October 2016, when the first meeting of all of the World's Nations took place to discuss these hard times.

Terror strikes still continued and finally in May 2017 they had attacked the Internet too, whereby they had released a very strong virus on the Internet and caused the destruction of most computers connected with the Internet. Even many big companies had their servers destroyed.

After a great struggle the issue was resolved but the physical attacks by terrorists did not stop. The governments of all the nations were constantly in an active state due to the attacks which occurred at regular intervals.

Finally, in March 2018, the governments of all the nations met up for a second time and finally a World Council was created by them for controlling the hunter's powers and the activities of the Terrorist groups. The council had a simple name The World Council; each and every country had joined in this gathering for everyone was wary of the emergence of these special powers. The reason was simple for Six years each and every country tried to control their own hunters and was finally unable to instead this led to more hunters being recruited by Terror groups.

Now they joined together in hopes of controlling this power as well as to take instant action on the Terror groups. A new set of principles about Hunters power usage and other special rules for hunters were made to keep them in check. An order was issued to the terror groups to stop the terror activities otherwise there would be intense action against them.

But the World Council took lightly of the Terror groups who attacked more severely in every corner of the world in the month of April 2018. This infuriated the World Council and in May 2018 all terrorist camps around the world were destroyed in the span of few days. This had shown the power of the World Council to the world and all remaining rebels.

But the World Council had been wrong to think they would be able to control the Hunters by this. After the wipeout of the Terror Groups, the world council started to treat hunters like their soldiers and slaves in some places. The hunters grew agitated and finally in the months of July to November 2018, massive rebellion hit the world, this time not from Terrorists but from Hunters. Even hunters that were previously working for the World Council started rebelling.

The World was again plunged into chaos. In November 11th, 2018 when the World War I centenary was taking place the first Hunter Organization was introduced via hacked Internet streams and television. The hunters this time requested their hunter brothers to rebel against the World Council, massive rebellion hit in every corner of the world and millions of lives were lost. The hunters even threatened to never take care of dungeons again if the World Council did not stop their aggressive stance of hunter's control.

The World Council which was mostly formed by the powerful politicians and super wealthy ordinary people of the world did not want their power to be beneath anyone. They used human sentiments and emotions as a tool to rouse a war like a stage. Hunters rebels being attacked everywhere by the World Council was the reply for the Hunter rebels.

Hunter Organizations also did not stop, they attacked the world leaders and businessmen and killed many of them in response and finally, World War III officially started from 01st March 2019.

Hunters won the War after an intense struggle because of their low numbers. The war was over by 2020, and a new Hunter Organization named WHA or World Hunters Association was established to take control of the world. Every other country was abolished and only continents which were parts of the same power remained.

But history did not end. Hunters were also not good with ordinary humans and started doing atrocities after gaining authority. Slavery, murder, and various other atrocities were committed, and within 2078 another world crisis started.

2083 marked the year of World War IV. Ordinary humans with some of the morally good Hunters fought against the World Hunters Association (WHA). The final outcome was that the previous leaders were beheaded and a new order with Humans and Hunters alike was established, new businesses flourished and a New World of Order was created where everything was strictly under an order which resembled the older Monarchy named as the Earth Alliance.

But even this new peace did not last long. A new power rose after 2100, a world where Hunters were the supreme powers till now a new power awoke. This was the time when Beyonders started appearing, they started off weaker with power similar to F rank Hunters, but they had the power to get stronger over time. The best beyonders were much stronger than even S rank Hunters, and this started when Hunters numbers were increasing rapidly.

Finally, the new beyonders started to rebel against the monarchy like an order which was implemented by the Earth Alliance. Soon after 2128, World War V was initiated and this time it was more of a Civil War that had mostly physical fights underground. This war ensued for over 10 years and finally ended in 2138 when the Earth Alliance was finally uprooted from power and restructured in a more democratic way.

This was named Hunter Association (HA) which though simple but took its action with a council of members from every corner of the world namely the Politicians who were elected by people, the representatives of Hunters from various continents and finally the powerful Beyonders (Only the really powerful ones) who were responsible to keep the world safe from dungeon breaks so that life could move on in a safe manner.

Now it was the year 2243, more than 200 years have passed since the world had changed. Every household now has at least one hunter, the hunter to humans ratio that was previously about 1:1000, had now increased to about 1:38 that is there will be one hunter for every 38 ordinary humans and these hunters were including Beyonders who were rare but still found in about one Beyonder in about a hundred thousand people. Though not all beyonders were as powerful as many hunters were, Beyonders power could only be increased if an individual was very hard working and slowly but surely worked hard to increase his or her powers.

And this year 2243 marks the year when a new power arises.
