39 8.2 Quest Completed!

"Ah, I see." The woman slowly walked over to a table that was standing in the room. "Please take a seat."

All 5 rushed over and took a seat. They all wanted to rush things but also didn't want to be rude to the woman that was so welcoming to them.

"So are you on a trip or something, or why are suddenly so many people here in our city?", she asked.

The five just looked at each other in confusion at why and how these NPCs conversations were so deep, and what to answer to that question. They didn't even know why they were here themself.

"We are all...", Kyaga hesitated with completing the sentence.

"Adventurers!", completed Itaka, whereupon the woman looked at him confused.

'Adventurer' was the term that NPCs used to describe the players in AOS. So it was a smart answer, as they should still know that. Or at least that's what Itaka guessed.

"Right! We are Adventurers looking for a good job!" Kyaga nodded in the direction of Itaka showing his approval.

"Oh, ok. But why are you coming in such a large number?"

"We heard there are good jobs here!", answered Shizu.

"And then you take a job for picking up some berries?" The woman asked skeptically before laughing at their confused faces. "I am just joking!"

All five smiled at her, showing some kind of relief.

"Anyway, you were here because of the berries, right?"

"Yes!", said Kyaga. He grabbed inside his pocket and pulled out a small, brownish leather pouch. This kind of pouch was the standard way to pack things in AOS and you had basically an infinite amount of them, as long as the weight of the things inside of them wouldn't weigh more than you weight carrying maximum that was decided by your stats and weight. "Here they are!"

He handed her the pouch. "Thank you very much."

'Quest completed! EXP and Coin Rewards will be split between the members in the Quest Group!'

"And here", said Rex, handing over another Pouch.

"Thank you." The woman took both and placed them in front of her on the table. "Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Kyaga just smiled and shook his head. "There's nothing, thank you."

"Well then." She stood up again and slowly walked towards the door, quickly followed by everyone else. "Thank you for your service and good luck in Zeitwit!"
