After pooling the resources of many linguists and historians, mankind finally had a cipher available to translate the junkyard civilization’s language. Over the years, the translation effort hadn’t stopped. There were new corrections and additions made to the cipher. Overall, the Hope’s experts’ familiarity with this space language was similar to how they were familiar with English, French, or German.
