The scent of medical herbs drifted to his nose; although his vision was blurry when he opened his eyes, he could recognize the somewhat familiar ceiling. He tried to move his body, but an immense pain pierced almost every part of it. Yun Yu gave up the futile attempts to stand up and started to inspect his broken body, and surprisingly, his bones were not completely shattered. With his pathetic cultivation, his body should have turned into an uglified piece of meat and bones, however, besides the injury in his shoulder caused by the white shadow, most of his bones and his organs were in their correct form.

Yun Yu thought how ironic it was: when he was thinking about strength, he was shown how weak he is… *Eh?* an exclamation sound interrupted his melancholy, "Wow?! Junior Little Brother, you are awake so soon!" When he turned to the voice, he noticed a goddess, a woman so beautiful that it was breathtaking. Her ink-black hair was flowing like a waterfall behind her back; her long eyelashes, her exquisite face and her cherry lips were all flawless. Not the slightest imperfection could be found on her pale skin, but unlike the other women he saw within the Frozen Cloud Asgard, she had a natural rosiness on her cheeks, which only enhanced her beauty. She wore a head necklace with sapphires decorating it and she was by no means inferior to Chu Yuechan. If he did not feel the Frozen Cloud Soul Crystal inside her, he wouldn't believe she was an Asgard Disciple because of her aura…

"What happened?" Jun Lianqie asked when she was the furrowing Chu Yuechan.

He said while staring at a star which shined brightly than those around it. Yun Yu merely nodded and looked at the star again, but this time, an inexplicable light was glowing within his eyes.

Chu Yuechan furrowed her brows again, "What are you implying?" she asked calmly.

"Heh… I'm implying that this star must shine forever. Otherwise, it is doomed…" He looked coldly at the sky, and even the ice spirits around him became restless.
