Gerald pulled out notebooks from a green bag belonging to previous Gerald.
"Well, Alice here are five of your brother's notebooks, numbered from one to five. Let's open from the first one,"
Alice is approaching Gerald as she wanted to see her brother's note. On the first note many recorded events along with dates and several stars on each page.
Gerald read the first page with Alice
[12/01/203 - Two stars - Done
Problem:
The Witch Federation hired Rowloo, a group of hidden assassin ranked third in Mainland to kill Alice and me.
Solution:
- Find out where the hidden village of Rowloo - check
- Get poison from Frieda - check
- Poison the entire hidden village, Rowloo residence - successful]
[23/03/203 - One star - Done
Problem:
The mountain bandit kidnapped Alice, she asked for 500 gold.
Solution:
- Give they 500 gold - check
- Cut off all of their hands - successful]
Gerald and Alice open the pages slowly, reading notes containing the problems Gerald had with either the wizard or a little villain.
The first few pages are written about the movements of the witches and petty criminals over the past few years which could be a problem for Alice and Gerald. On the first few dozen pages, at the top right of the page almost all stamped done, it looks showing that it won't be a problem anymore.

Problem:
An extraordinary witch named Diana chased us.
Solution:
- Find out what kind of power - checks
- Find out her weakness - check
- Kidnapping her sister - check
- Forcing Diana to let us go - failed

Problem:
We were stuck in Arrieta, the city of witches.
Resolution:
- Steal the blueprint of Arrieta city - check
- figure out the amount, weakness and strength of each witch guard gate - check
- Make a public riot - check
- Make some witches do coup - check
- leaving town amid unrest - successful]
Gerald noticed the star being drawn seemed to indicate the level of difficulty he was facing. The higher the difficulty level, the more he draws stars above his notes.
The number of stars and the number of times the problem is inversely proportional, the fewer the stars, the more issues that are on the record. One star issue comes up the most and the issues with five stars only show up once.
[15/4/205 - Five stars - Done
Problem :
Tristan, one of the chiefs from Witch Federation pursued both of us.
Note: The witch who chased us and got killed before was her sister
Solution :
- Collect Tristan data - check
- Bring terrorists into Tristan hometown, Stermin - check
- Create a focused demon attack on the Stermin - check
- Poisoning with poison from Frieda - failed
- Encourage the commoner to make revolution - failed
- Night murder - failed
- Destroying entire castle with terrorist - successful]
Unconsciously, Gerald who saw this note frowned and asked Alice,
"Your brother is really 15 years old, right? Is the content of this note true Alice?"
Alice, who also read Gerald's notes, seemed to think hard to remember something.
"I remember some things on this note, like when the mountain bandits were kidnapping me on this page, oh this and this too."
Alice picked up Gerald's notebook and pointed out the events she remembered.
"Oh yes, sometimes my brother often leaves me for days without a word, if I remember correctly that it all happened on this date, this date, and this date too."
Alice added some things she remembered about previous Gerald activities.
Gerald listened to Alice's story and did not see the slightest hint of lies on her face. He believed a little about the truth of the contents of this note.
But Gerald also believes that previous Gerald has outside help because many of his feats are not possible to accomplish alone, such as problems with four and five stars.
Gerald remained silent, unconsciously recalling as he read the notebook briefly in the ruins of the village, guessing that there was an oddity on the date written on the notebook.
"Alice, do you know what date it is today?"
"If I'm not mistaken, today is the date of one ferri something,"
Alice tried to remember while holding her head..
"Oh yeah, I remember ten days ago when my brother wrote our name at the inn, I saw he write 01/10/207"
'Hmm, that means this note is only four years old, my first guess is a little older.'
"Wait, a moment" Gerald remembered something and immediately opened the last few pages.
Gerald remembered the time when he opened the last few pages of Gerald's notes while still in the village. The date in the top left contradicts something Alice says.
"Are you sure Alice?"
If Alice remembers the date correctly, this means Gerald writes the next problem that they will be facing later.
After a thought, Alice nodded her head.
Gerald closed his eyes and tried to remember everything that happened when he was in the village. As he scavenged the ruins, he saw a crossed calendar until the 5th of the 10th month. Seen on that calendar that this year was the year 207.
Gerald looked at the last page of the note and read it with Alice.

Problem:
Start of the second battle of divine will
Solution: ]
He and Alice are looking at each other when seeing something strange in this note. They see the year on the last page is the year 214 that's why he thinks at least this note is already 11 years old.
Gerald held his breath, for some reason his brain was now in turbulent, unable to deduce well what had happened. Currently, they are in year 207, but previous Gerald has noted many problems until the year 214.
He took a slow breath and exhaling it, trying to calm himself. Gerald tries to organize his thoughts and thinks where he should start.
Moments later he tried to turn the page back and look for the date that is closest to today. He stops when he saw a yellow letter stuck to the book.
The letter came after Gerald's record about nasty village chief who wanted to kidnap Alice, and the page had been branded Done, but the yellow sheet was before Gerald writing about some problem that doesn't happen yet.
Alice and Gerald looked at each other for a moment, Alice nodded afterwards Gerald picked up and read the letter
