4 Dilemma (Part 2)

I was shocked! She didn't ask him to leave? Probably haven't told him yet. I shouldn't either. I went easy and understanding towards her so that she can do the needful.

'Yeah, I wanted to propose to someone.' I said hinting her to make a move.

'Yeah! I remember you told me about that classmate of mine from Stats class. This arrangement is lovely, go for it!' she replied.

I praised her for taking my hint and working on it. She's my girl. She understands me inside out.

'Well then, I'll leave you guys be.' with that being said I took my leave and went to college. Nobody was there yet!

I placed the cake and the bouquet in Naomi's locker.

I took my classes and left college afterwards. I already called at the cafe to cancel the reservation. I'm free for the evening. It's Saturday, I've to complete the assignments due for the coming week. I know Naomi will be stressed about break up so I'll give her some time and make preparations for her as well.

Entire weekend went by preparing for assignments and making a surprise card for Naomi.

From what I can gather, the reason why she hasn't called yet would be the lack of timing between her breakup and start of a new relationship.

Since I'm clear about what's coming up, I'll just be calm about it and not make a fuss. Though I'm still waiting for the reply for the texts I dropped, I'm cool about it.

I received no reply of my texts for the entire weekend but I was still riding on high hopes.

Monday, she did not come to the college, same thing happened on Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday.

Friday, I inquired about her from other students when I got to know she's on a trip with her boyfriend!

I couldn't believe it! There were pictures all over the internet. I was probably blocked by privacy. Why would she hide it from me? I think she doesn't want to hurt me. It's a breakup thing! This might be the vacation where she drops the bomb.

But, why did she hide it from me? Why didn't she reply to my text messages? I string of weird questions started to surface.

The pictures were actually a very clear message but I couldn't see it for myself.

In a blink of an eye it was Friday night again! A week has passed by. An entire week since we made out.

I spotted her in the party later in the night. She was back from her trip but why didn't she tell me yet.

I was making my way around the house in search of snacks when she grabbed me again.

My heart was racing at this moment when I realized Naomi wanted to talk to me. By the time I could react, we were already outside the house of our senior. She was holding my hand walking in a very fast pace.

She stopped abruptly and leaned her body on a nearby tree while pulling me towards her. I was all consumed by her, the way her tongue moved around in my mouth marking it's territory. I was dazed. I forgot the entire weekend's torment and was just deeply in love with her.

This make out was more tense and energetic than the first. She was working around me. I could taste alcohol from her mouth, she was pretty high. After a few minutes it hit me, I wanted to propose to her.

'Naomi I..' I tried to confess my feelings, 'I..' while she was in no mood for a talk. After a third try I gave in and embraced her with all the warmth I could in that chilly winter Friday night!

We were exhausted! We ended up crashing at her place at the end. I hugged her in the bed as a child would hug his teddy bear in a dark room when left alone.

I was at peace.

After a lot of tossing and turning in my arms she suggested we grab another couple of drinks. Now this was surprising, even for me! She had a refrigerator full of all sorts of drinks and snacks! It was a heaven.

Who knows until when we kept drinking and passed out.

In the morning, I was cutely tucked in a blanket shirtless! I don't recall what we talked about or when we fell asleep.

It was a good feeling to be waking up there. I nudged my head out and scanned the room. Naomi is nowhere to be found.

I look for her in the bedroom and the bathroom but no trace of her.

There was a glass on the kitchen filled with some juice and a note nearby, 'Have this before heading out!'

I took the glass and went to the balcony to get the hang of it. I had no form of headache but felt on the top of the world instead.

I began sorting my thoughts, rehearsed how I will confess to Naomi. Even though we are in a half relationship, I want to confirm it to her that I'm sincere for her. My feelings are true for her.

I finished my juice, I couldn't figure out it's content but it was soothing!

Just when I was about to make my way inside the living room, a car stopped at the front of the building.

I was stunned!
