Recovery.

After returning to the cave, Raymond took out a large portion of meat and some spices and started a fire outside the cave. A mouthwatering aroma soon spread out, and Raymond dug into his food. Eating just meat with nothing else to go with it was a little boring, but the taste of demonic beast meat was excellent on its own, so Raymond didn't think it was that bad. After filling up his stomach to the brim, Raymond put out the fire and entered his small cave again.

Inside the cave, Raymond sat down cross-legged and started to cultivate. He needed to recover and regain his strength as fast as possible. To be injured in a forest full of demonic beasts and cultivators that he didn't know was pretty risky, and something that Raymond didn't want to be. To speed up his recovery, he could only let his body and mind rest whilst he cultivated in peace. When he got hungry he would leave to hunt some weak beast and when he was tired he would sleep. Aside from that, all Raymond did was cultivate.
