After I divorced my narcissistic husband

I was married to a controlling narcissist who went away for a supposed holiday and married someone else without my knowledge. At our third anniversary, I was sent out of his house when I caught him cheating with his first love. When I was married to Trevor, I had stage four cancer and was told post cancer that I had the eggs of a 68year old post menopausal woman and that IVF wasn’t even an option for me because there was no way it would work. I could either adopt or have no kids at all. I knew it was one of the reasons my husband began to hate me and finally pushed me away from his house with a neat divorce letter while claiming it was because I got fat. Or maybe he never loved me.. On the verge of paying him back, I had a nightstand with a man I could not remember his face, obviously because it was a masked party. . Four months later I found out I was pregnant with spontaneous twins with no medical help. The twins are almost one! My life was moving smoothly now untill I agreed to a two years contract marriage with a man whom I never knew was the richest business tycoon in the country, just to save my grandfather's hospital. That wasn't much of a problem untill I saw a younger picture of him. How the hell does my little son look exactly like this man?
