Sending Zuo Qingya to Prison

Being stopped by Zuo Xianyu had put Zuo Qingya in a terrible mood.

The early morning interruption didn't help either. 

She yanked open the door, exasperated. "Who is it? So annoying, early in the—"

Her words cut off abruptly. Staring at the two police officers at her doorstep, her face gradually turned ashen. 

She was done for. 

Sensing something amiss, Zuo Xianyu finally looked up. "Who is it?"

Zuo Qingya remained silent, stunned.

"Miss Zuo Qingya, correct?" The female officer eyed her, showing her ID. "You're suspected of a poisoning case. Please come with us."

These words snapped Zuo Qingya back to reality. She trembled, "Second Sis—"

Though she had done many things, this was her first brush with the police. How could she not be scared?

"What poisoning case?" Zuo Xianyu was calm as she stepped forward. "Do you have evidence?"
