13 End Of Conflict & Algrim
"Oh what's this? Argus you've come to visit?" Alvon says smiling. "Something like that." "Well I just want to thank you for ruining Galith. Now when he dies I'll inherit the Demons Heart and I'll be the Demon Lord." Alvon says
"Whether you're the demon lord or not I could care less I'm here on a request." Argus says. "Oh and what request is that." "To kill you of course you're destroying the kingdom." Argus says. "AHAHAHAH how hypocritical I can't rule a kingdom but you get to burn down villages."
"I don't have a problem with what your doing but my friends do." "Aww how cute the Lich has made humans friends I thought you hated humans?" Alvon asks.
"Of course I do but no matter the race there's good people and shitty ones. I just met some of the good ones."
"Hmm well I guess I'll need to kill you." Alvon says and snaps his fingers then 30 demons walk out of hell gates.
"You must be forgetting who your facing Alvon." Argus says. "No I won't underestimate your power if one spell can cripple Galith even with the Demon Hearts abilities so I must be wary."
The 30 demons all charge at Argus ready to tear him apart. Argus uses a powerful spell to destroy them. "Black wind." He shreds all the demons.
"How are you going to be a demon lord with those weak demons for a power." He say to Alvon. "Those weak demons are strong enough to kill the kingdoms Knights. Plus those are only basic demons imagine an Arch demon or Greater devil." Alvon says.
"Let's see some then."
"Grrr fine." Alvon snaps his fingers again and two giant hell gates open and out steps 4 greater Devils their taller and bulkier than Argus.
Two of them forms giant Hellfire Great Swords. The other two form Hellfire shields and stand in front protecting the others.
Argus sends some wind strikes at the devils but all it does is feed the fire. One swings the giant blade at Argus he jumps back then smashes into him.
"Grahh Dammit." He says the fire resistance and the other potion effects helped. So instead of cutting it was more of a bludgeon but it still burned when it hit.
"Ahahah you think your powerful but you still have a human body so it can only handle so much before breaking." Alvon says.
"Dead air." wind surrounds the greater devils the lack of oxygen doesn't affect their body's but their weapons extinguish into nothing.
"The second you drop your spell their Weapons will reignite all your doing is wasting mana."
"Ash!" Argus calls out. Then out of nowhere the 4 devils get wrapped in a light green wire and with one tug she slices them into pieces.
"The hell you needed help to fight me." Alvon says. "Well I didn't think I'd blow out your Hellfire alone."
Ash stands next to Argus her eyes says she's confident.
"One on two that's unfair let's even the playing field." He snaps his fingers again and a massive gate opens and a demon three times the size of the greater devils walks out. "Meet my Devil King." Alvon says.
"Dammit." Alvon says.
Meanwhile Quasar's group is struggling with Erith. "Ah ah ah this demon is too strong." Gaz says. "You know your dead friends said the same thing before I fed them to my pets." Erith says.
Quasar uses a light blade and takes out the last of Eriths pets. "Hmph well I hate to use my magic I'd rather feed you to my pets but you leave me no choice." Blue sparks or electric start to arc out from Erith's Hands. She waves her hand and sends a bolt of lightning streaking towards their group its melting the ground below.
They all dodge it except Gaz who gets clipped by it. It melts his armor a little.
"Damn everyone careful." He calls out to everyone.
"Wow I can't believe how weak you humans really are that was just my basic magic not even a spell." Erith says full of joy that she has some new toys to play with.
Suddenly from the castle there's a tornado raging on.
"Argus is here?" Erith looks at the group in front of her and she realizes something. "So Argus is helping you hahaha you know he's a wildcard right? I mean he created the first demon lord what was his name again?" She says
"Algrim!.." Quasar says. "Yeah Algrim that was him he gave that mad man the Demons Heart boosting his power then Algrim declared himself the demon lord." Erith says.
"So was that why Argus was there with the demon lord when we met him." Gaz says.
"Yeah only demons were permitted to serve our lord however Argus was the only non demon allowed to serve." Erith says.
"So Argus created Algrim…?" Quasar is having a panic attack. "Correct I'll leave you alone for now but don't trust Argus I recommend stabbing him in his sleep. If I fail to kill him first that is." She says stepping into a gate.
Alvon and Argus is locked in battle while Ash is trying to fight this massive devil. The devil turns and smashes Argus through the wall into another room and Alvon pursuits after leaving ash alone with the devil.
Ash is trying to use her razor wire to kill this thing but Argus magic power is starting to fade from it. "No not now." Ash thinks to herself. "I need magic to fight this thing."
Argus stands back up and reaches into a gate pulling out a stack of talismans. Then Alvon appears ready to fight.
Argus puts his finger to his head then uses telepathy. "Hey kid get to me I have some talismans you can use." "Grr I am not a kid I'm 19." "I don't care how old you are everyone's a kid to me." Argus says. "Wait you can hear me?" We're using telepathy so yeah. Just get to me.
Ash turns and looks at Argus and she rushes to regroup. She kicks Alvon in the back of the head and flips over him and lands next to Argus. "Good." Argus says handing her 7 talismans. Using telepathy he tells Ash to place those around then he'll take care of the rest.
While Argus keeps both Alvon and the Devil distracted Ash places the talismans around. When she finishes she goes back to Argus and gives a thumbs up.
"I call on the 7 points cast a devastation and destroy my enemy 7 Force Winds." A tornado starts to rage shredding everything to pieces.
Argus grabbed Ash and using his robe he protects her from the wind.
After the tornado fades Argus looks around and sees Alvon laying there on the ground dying.
"Ah ah ah we won Alvon." Argus says. "No I can't die like this." Alvon says
A gate opens and Erith steps out she sees Alvon laying there.
"Erith help me." He says
Erith walks over to him "No" she blasts his heart with lightning and he dies.
"What are you doing Erith?" Argus asks. "Just saving my future that's all just like your little friends." She says.
"What did you do?" He asks with anger. "Oh nothing I only told them about Algrim."
Argus has a surprised look on his then it turns to rage. Never speak his name in front of me again." He says blasting a wind strike at Erith
She dodges his attack. "Well I wonder what your friends think you created the first demon lord."
"Algrim lied to me I trusted him he said he'd help me end slavery if I gave him power. Then I wait many decades and nothing changes all he did was absorb power. I'm glad Quasar killed him. He never had any intention of helping me." Argus says with anger
"Then why did you stay when Galith became our Lord?" Galith asked me to assist him so I did then he started to recruit Demon Generals leaving me behind giving me less work so I became bored. Now look where we are." Argus says.
"Hmph I will kill you one day Argus but since you've helped me take out this trash I'll spare you today. But I won't forget what you did to Galith." She says and walks in a gate.
Argus sighs in relief. Ash pulls on Argus's sleeve. "What is it pipsqueak?" she points to her mouth then to her head indicating she wants him to use telepathy. So he does. "What??" He asks. "How does your telepathy work?" She asks. "I speak into your mind and I can hear what you say inside of it." He says
"Do you have a talisman I can use to speak."
"No my telepathy is different from others."
"Oh…" If I made a talisman you could only communicate with me." "That's fine I'll take what I can get." "I'll consider it." And Argus ends his spell he's out of mana.
He walks out of the castle and sees the wall of fire has disappeared.
