4 Found at last

2 Years Later

Dorne, Sunspear

Elia Martell sat in her room staring out of the room, Rhaenys was off playing with one of her cousins. The Idea of enjoying herself felt wrong to Elia after the loss of her son, she wasn't even sure if he was still alive they had been unable to find any news on the boy. Her heart ached in pain, regretted falling asleep that day, her only consolation was that her brother Oberyn would never stop looking. He seemed even more heartbroken by the loss of his nephew then she was, he spent most if not all of his time searching for anything just a clue.

The sound of her door opening shook her from her usual state of indifference turning to the door it was her brother Oberyn. On his face was a stern look, his usual look was of sadness something was different.

"Sister we have news," Elia waited for him to continue, "I don't want to get your hopes up."

"Hope is all I have left," Oberyn sighed hearing that, "There's been news of a silver-white haired boy in essos. He's said to be traveling with the Dothraki, I'm heading there tomorrow if he's there I'll bring him back."

"Go," Oberyn nodded leaving the room he knew she needed time to think they weren't even sure the news was legit or how long ago he had been spotted. It took time for the news to travel especially when it was so hard to spy on the Dothraki.

Ella returned to looking out the window as a tear ran down the side of her face, it was the first bit of new she had of her son. She chose to believe it for some reason she just knew it was him, traveling with the Dothraki was a dangerous endeavor his chances of still being alive were lowering but she wouldn't let her hope die.

Central Plains, Essos

2 years had passed I had become one of the Dothraki, The Khaleesi had done wonders in teaching both Drogo and I. I soon learned she had ulterior motives, Drogo and I had powered through each task she assigned and grown closer in the process. She was instilling a sense of camaraderie among us she wanted us to be friends no, she had used the word brother.

I had grown a tad bit taller I was at least 6 or 7 years old, Drogo, on the other hand, grew a lot taller he was entering the age of puberty and it was showing.

Today was an interesting day mostly because we had visitors, they were Westerosi the Khaleesi had given me that much information. Not to mention they were supposedly looking for me, The Khaleesi had made sure to keep my hair as black as possible in the last 2 years, choosing to dye it every couple months or so.

A feast was prepared it wasn't every day that the Dothraki had visitors and when they did it wasn't on friendly terms.

The sun blazed in the sky beside me walked a tower-like Drogo, he wasn't the talkative type I could honestly say for him, actions spoke louder than words. Speaking of words I had become fluent in speaking Dothraki a while back, the Khaleesi happened to be a much better teacher then Rabi. We walked towards the gathering around us were other members of the Khalasar.

Khal Bharbo sat in a wooden chair looking down the steps leading to the festivities, in his hand was his favorite pepper beer. I still couldn't understand how anyone could drink that crap. That Khaleesi sat next to him looking as beautiful as usual she seemed to enjoy the festive atmosphere. Drogo and I climbed the steps each taking a seat next to one of them, Drogo sat next to the Khal. Khal Bharbo rarely talked but when he did it was usually to Drogo, preparing him to become the future Khal. I sat next to the Khaleesi when we weren't training she spoke to me in the common tongue.

"Where are they?" I scoped the area looking for anyone that stood out. Westerosi people were like freaks of nature inside the Dothraki, they could go nowhere without being pointed and prodded at he knew from personal experience and sure his features stood out even among westerosi people but that wouldn't change how the Dothraki saw them.

"They should arrive any second now," Just as the Khaleesi spoke a group of men approached the event. They each wore black covered tunics with similar colored turbans on their heads. On their waist were steel swords wrapped in black leather, one of them stood out among the rest.

He wore a golden brown tunic he seemed to be the only one with brain cells wearing all black in this heat was suicidal. He didn't wear a tunic on his head and although he wore a small smirk on his face I could see the vigilance in his eyes. He had looked at each Dothraki for a couple of seconds before moving on from the next, the fact that I recognized him made the whole thing a lot cooler. Besides Drogo, he was the first person from the T.V. show I had got to see in person. Prince Oberyn Martell had arrived and set up a meeting with the Dothraki, they were no doubt searching for me.

I was sure eventually someone would find news of a silver-white haired boy living amongst the Dothraki, but considering I had dyed it so long ago I figured either there was no one to spread the news or I had dyed it before anyone could figure out who I was.

It took approximately 2 years for them to arrive which meant they had only recently heard the news, it wouldn't take two years to reach the Central Plains of Essos even without an ironborne made ship.

"The Festivities will now begin," one of the slaves stood forward he not only spoke Dothraki but he spoke in English so the guest would understand. Two women wearing little to no clothes at all stepped forward they latched onto each other's wrist before they began to dance together as the crowd began to cheer.

I continued to whisper to the Khaleesi as Oberyn Martell stepped forward to greet Khal Bharbo, his eyes drifted from the Khal to Drogo before gliding towards the beautiful Khaleesi. He paused for a second like any other man would before turning to me. I could Immediately see him recognize me but I was sure it wasn't because of my eyes, at first glance he had realized who I was.

"That was quick," The Khaleesi spoke in Dothraki as she chuckled seeing Oberyn recognize me so easily.

"He's Family, I'm sure you'd recognize Me or Drogo just as fast," I replied in Dothraki the Khaleesi only nodded in response.

"They've obviously come to find you and return you to your home, what will you do." I could hear the tension in her voice, whether it was her or the Khal they 100% believed in the prophecy but I don't think they'd stop me If I wished to leave. I was also sure Oberon wouldn't be stupid enough to meet the Dothraki in open combat.

"This is my home at least until I return the favor of the Khal, who knows where I would be had he not arrived and killed my kidnappers." I was speaking only half-truths I could care less about the prophecy or returning the favor.

The Khaleesi nodded, I returned my attention to the festivities ignoring the pair of eyes that never seemed to leave my face. Nightfall soon came and I returned to my tent, I walked slowly making sure the person following me could do so with ease. Entering my tent I took a seat waiting for my shadow to enter the tent, soon he did now wearing a similar black cloak to the Dornish men from earlier. I hadn't realized it but the black cloaks weren't meant for the daytime they were meant for the night.

"Do not fear I mean no harm," Oberyn raised his hand showing me his lack of a weapon.

"Tell me boy what's your name?" It wasn't uncommon for some younger kids to completely forget who they once were after being kidnapped. Luckily I wasn't the little boy who once inhabited this body I knew more than even Oberyn.

"Aegon Targaryen, Grandson to King Aerys Targaryen," He let out a sigh of relief as I repeated the same thing I said to the Khal when I had first met him.

"I'm-."

"Uncle Oberyn," He raised an eyebrow hearing me speak. In the memories, I had gained from the former Aegon I was sure I hadn't met Oberyn since I was a baby but I didn't have time for this I needed to get him under my control and out of here as quickly as possible.

"I remember leaving our home we traveled through the secret passages under the castle. Mother had promised to show me the Dragons, what happened after we left, How are Mother and sister doing?" He took a second to think before beginning to speak.

"They're fine, we've kept the fact that they are alive a secret from the rest of the world, we couldn't risk another war. After the three of you escaped king's landing was invaded. The leader of the rebellion Robert Baratheon is the current king."

That was good news, the fat king would never allow them to live in peace if he was aware they were alive. Dorne being so far from the other kingdoms no doubt made keeping the secret a lot easier.

"How did you recognize me so quickly?"

"Without the Targaryen hair, you look so much like your mother, She be so happy to see you" Oberyn chuckled thinking about how Elia would take the news, not to mention how she would react when she saw her son.

"I won't be going back with you." I had to make that clear before he got ahead of himself, so much would happen here in the future I couldn't miss out on it not to see people I wasn't even sure I was capable of loving.

"Aegon, your mother needs you, she doesn't leave her room spending most of her day staring out the window at the docs waiting on the day you'll return."

I felt it in my chest, heartache, it wasn't my own feelings more like this body's natural response to hearing such a thing. It wouldn't change my mind though the other Aegon was gone who knew where I had to live for myself for the future that would definitely be filled with nothing but dangers.

"Uncle you must know how the Dothraki operate, years ago when those two pirates kidnapped me they were planning on either selling me to the highest bidder or forcing Dorne to pay an even larger price. Their plans were disrupted when we hit land, the Dothraki were the first thing to greet us as we stepped back on land. Khal Bharbo slew one of my kidnappers before the second one tried to trade me for his life. Khal Bharbo ordered his blood riders to kill him saving me from whatever hell would have followed had those two sold me off. The Dothraki believe a favor should be repaid with a favor and I haven't repaid my debt yet."

I watched as my uncle took in every bit of information I had just provided him with he shook his head as he looked at me. " I can get you out of here without the Dothraki noticing we can leave now and we'll be there before the next full moon."

I shook my head extinguishing his last bit of hope, I wouldn't leave the Dothraki not because of some need to repay them for their kindness, No. I wouldn't leave because being here meant a lot more to me than meeting family I wasn't sure I could love. The Dothraki weren't aware but whether I stayed or not meant nothing, they would still play a vital part in the future the only difference was I would be there to change It to my liking."You sure I can't convince you?"

"I'm staying and nothing will change that," Oberyn nodded leaning back against a couple of stacked pillows.

"There's is one thing you can do for me," Oberyn's ears perked up as I spoke. "I don't know if you realize it or not but, you're definitely being watched your every action returned to the iron throne being reported to their new king," I said king with a bit of disgust in my voice, Robert to me was simply a fat waste of space. "When you return you must act as if all of your hope has been snuffed out of you, convince the world that whatever or whoever you were looking for is dead ."

"I'll do it as long as you don't mind me asking why?"

"Because I'm sure their all dead, My grandfather, my father, I'm sure my mother and sister would be dead alongside my grandmother had we not escaped. I'm next in line the throne will one day be mine and I'll have my revenge the pain my mother currently feels will be repaid ten-fold. To do all that the world must think I'm dead because in the end, the enemy you know is better than the enemy you don't know."

My uncle was shocked by my words but I knew his nature, it was the reason he was the first westerosi person to find out about me. He was an obsessive person, even in the T.V. show he waited years to take his revenge on the Mountain. I was sure he would have had his revenge on the Lannisters as well had he not died.

"What should I tell your mother?"

"Apologize to her for me, I won't be able to return home, In the future, the day will come when I'll see her again."

"I'm sure she won't accept it so easily, But I'll do my best to make her see the bigger picture. Goodbye Nephew." I watched as he dissipated into the shadows I was sure there was so much more he wanted to talk about but he couldn't exactly be sure when someone would walk by. I rested my head among my pillows with a small smile on my face, I was now sure things wouldn't be so different in Westeros in the future.

AN: I'm not sure about how this chat went, but whatever the MC has his plans, I think.
