307 Cut!

Aegis's eyes roamed the world as he rested in orbit on one of his glyphs, not hiding from the numerous helicopters that seemed to wish to go close to him, just to give up as the pilots wouldn't risk such danger even if their crafts were capable of reaching such height, still Aegis ignored it all as his mind was deep in thoughts...

His conversation with Yasaka just cemented his view, Rias, Sona, and others like them were just exception, this world even if not his was in disarray, ordered chaos with supernaturals roaming around, doing whatever they wished...

Still, Aegis accepted such fact, for it was not his duty to protect these people, yet somewhere deep down, it made him feel the wrath, maybe it were the souls of humans in his head that screamed for the massacre of these Devils and fallen who dared to play with humans, just like the other religions, but Devils and fallen being the main problem for humanity of this world...

Maybe it was Aegis's wish to just clean this place up, just to feel a little accomplished...

Yet, Aegis knew to not give up to his willes, for if Aegis was even just one time give himself to such desires, Aegis knew the road would end with his family seeing him as a monster he so wished not to be seen by them...

Maybe it was because of this Aegis loved Weiss so much, for even if not fully, Weiss knew how twisted Aegis was deep down, how much Aegis needed to control himself to not snap, to not kill his wives when he had sex with them and is about to release, to be careful to not hurt them in such problematic moments...

Aegis, Aegis long ago knew that without Chaos, there wouldn't be Order, and so he created Chaos that he could control, just like Aegis created a kingdom that is the epitome of the Order, seeking coexistence between these two entities...

The Chaos Aegis created, the Dimensional Rift Generator, that would bring so many problems, so much war, so much despair, was something that Aegis had in hands, even if just partially, Aegis could control it such...

Aegis knew that was the truth come out, the problems the Schnee family would get into will by many...

Just another reason Aegis made sure that the Schnee family held all the vital ministry and military positions, the same reason Aegis made sure Album wouldn't be shackled, not even by him...

The same reason for the condition was set for promotion to Captain position, by it from Royal Guards, Sentinels, or Sentries was to meet Aegis in person, so Aegis showed them just how meaningless any idea of insubordination was, same reason Aegis numerous times sparred with Captains, hundred Captains vs. Aegis, just to beat them up, to show them there is a reason why it was Aegis who was The King of Solitas...

This world...

This world lacked such a protector, yes there was Church...

But Church was led by men who sold their souls to The God, their faith, their decisions, and their plans were all for The God's well-being, even if they helped humans in such a way, humanity wouldn't be Church's primary concern...

The church was just another Cult, just much more accepted and powerful, yes, they could coexist with humanity, but in the end, they too were just pawns of higher powers...

Yes, once and in some times, Church could be and was Humanity's shield, but these times and from what Aegis saw, they were just puppets of Heaven, and as long as they do just as their heaven master says, then they are a liability to mankind, but once free, maybe once they would be more independent, then they could do more good, or bad, but at least then it would by humanity mistake, not others...

Aegis's eyes wandered the beautiful world...

Aegis knew humans weren't perfect, how could he, when some of the numerous souls in his mind were much eviler than even Devils would cover in fear and disgust...

But...

But even if they were, they were humans, born on the Earth, like Yokais, and other races that were born of Gaia and not some God or Goddess...

If humans wanted to be slavers, so by it, Aegis would let them, as long as they didn't dare to approach Solitas, if humans wanted to kill each other, then Aegis would let them, for it was their right to kill themselves...

But, but Aegis's heart trembled in wrath just thinking of other races enslaving humanity, how close was Aegis to just visiting even Goauld's, the sole reason he ever let them was that Aegis knew that no matter how alien or evil, the Goaulds were even if little a stabilizing factor for their slaves...

But this world had fully functioning governments, a government that was made to lead their charges, and so Aegis couldn't bring himself to tolerate slavering devils as he tolerated Goaulds...

Yes, when a human wished to sell his soul to Devil, Aegis was willing to let it go, for it was his right to sell their soul, but Aegis knew that most of the times, the Devils did not give the chance to choose to their victim...

Rias, Aegis was on the fence with her, Aegis fancied the girl, but he knew she too was on the fence when it came to the acquisition of her peerage, yes, Rias did not coerce or threaten anybody into her peerage, no...

Rias was the beautiful little devil that whispered to humans on their last breath a chance for a new life, a new family, a power for revenge...

So even if willing, Aegis knew Rias was far from innocent when it came to her peerage, but they did choose to join her, so even if on the fence, Rias was free of Aegis's wrath, that and Aegis knew himself as a hypocrite, Aegis saw Rias as close, maybe a future member of his family, which made all these thoughts meaningless, for Aegis knew if some of his family practiced slavery, he would turn a blind eye, he already did, after all, Krull's coven was just one of lasts incidents where Aegis did nothing when she enslaved all these female vampires...

After all, Aegis was no paragon of justice, Aegis was first and foremost Patriarch of the Schnee family, and then he was a protector of Solitas, and just then and lastly, he was willing to avenge sins against mankind...

And so there in high orbit, Aegis waited, waited, and waited, until Aegis felt it...

It was almost unnoticeable, a weak movement, but it was there, the equivalent of a nod of the head from someone Aegis respected, almost worshiped...

Gaia of this world gave Aegis a nod of the head, as she felt and knew what Aegis was planning to do, and so Aegis smiled, he raised his arm as a glyph materialized under his hand, a beautiful silver-white glyph with a standard Schnee snowflake symbol...

The people down there, the multiple news stations, and militaries all tensed as they, with their telescopes and cameras, saw Aegis action, nobody knew who Aegis was until someone said he looked like the King on Album's pictures, making everyone realize it was him, the enigmatic King of Solitas who until now stayed hidden on their world even against all their tries to find him...

Rias, Willow, Winter, Sona, Yasaka, and all others looked in worry at Aegis, Willow, and Winter for Aegis, Rias, Sona, and Yasaka for what Aegis planned to do, especially Yasaka, who spoke as last with him...

Album, Album who observed Aegis knew what her big brother wished to do, after all, she was his sister and the digital copy of Weiss, and with all the processing power Album had, she was able to arrive at a conclusion, especially knowing Aegis distaste when other races not born of Gaia tried to enslave or kill Gaia's children...

Aegis closed his eyes, and with the help of Gaia, who guided his hand as she too was tired of all these intruders on her domain, Aegis found the traces, the traces of the dimensional tunnels that connected Earth with Underworld, Heaven, Asgard, Olympus, Tartarus, Hell, and many, many more realms of multiple different religions...

Aegis felt his action gain the attention of others, Gods who saw his action as an act of aggression or outright attack, but Aegis was not alone, Aegis had Gaia who blocked any of their attempts to attack, for even if weakened by the human's pollution and Earth destruction, was still strong enough not to let these gods through the portals, especially when Gaia of this world was able to connect to Gaia of Remant world, sharing their power in the process...

Aegis hand closed, and with it, the magically inclined people, magical races such as Yokais, or Devils who still stayed on Earth, and any all other individuals that could use magic felt it, it was like a flood that seemed to stop, shackles that seemed to be lifted...

For what Aegis has done is to cut off the hundreds, the thousands of bridges that connected the realms to Earth, leaving just one for each religion and dimension, one bridge, one portal for each race...

Of course, those with the power to teleport could try to find a way to Earth outside of these portals, but these would be surprised when they would jump, straining against Gaia who no longer would welcome them...

For underworld, just their famed Train to Underworld stayed, no longer could they use their teleportation to just visit Earth from Underworld, Heaven has just their Gate of Heavens that rested above the Vatican, Asgard could visit with the use of their Bifrost that now had a stationary destination in Norway...

And so on, and so on...

Of course, Aegis already knew his action would raise an angry response, after all these religions and gods had done as they wished for millennia, Aegis's action would be seen as an act of war...

But, first, Aegis needed to speak with the Governments of this world and make them purge all the spies from these parties and make them understand that if they controlled these bridges from their side, then they would be finally free from outside forces...

And if there is something Governments loved, it was a control, and Aegis was sure they would see this as an opportunity to be no longer under the yoke of Devils and other Gods...

Still, there were still Yokais, fairies, and other races that lived on Earth and were born of Gaia, and Aegis needed to make sure that they coexist with their human brethren just like always...

And if not, Solitas still had a lot of free places that would be like Heaven to these nature spirits, after all, Remnant was free of overcrowding cities and pollution...
