1 Prologue
Lionel "How much more do I have to wait?"
Lionel was finally losing his patience as he had already been waiting for who knows how long. And all he did during that time was stand and let himself float around the seemingly infinite void.
The first time he got here, he felt extreme pain and was in the brink of breaking, but at the end, he still held on and it must be because of the unyielding will that helped him to get through.
But now, he was dying with the boredom, what he does to pass time is to stare in front of him but he still didn't arrive at the place where he thought he would be going. He was now wondering if he really had a place to go or would he be floating in the void forever.
Creator "There you are!!"
Lionel looked at the direction where the voice came from but he only saw a ball of glowing light. It was bright but not too bright that he can even look at it directly.
Lionel "Who are you?"
Creator "I am the Creator of everything you know."
Lionel "Okay. Now tell me, what am I doing here?"
The Creator stayed silent, it was like the Creator did not want to answer his question. But Lionel patiently waited for the Creator to tell him since he had already spent an unknown amount of time.

~A Thousand Millenniums Later~
Lionel "Still not talking?"
Lionel asked as the Creator still didn't answer his question, but instead, the Creator just stood there like a statue.
Creator "You're still there?"
Creator "I thought you would have gone through reincarnation...."
Lionel "Reincarnation? I'm going to reincarnate?!"
Creator "Well. Yeah."
Lionel was quite shocked upon he heard that he will be reincarnating, he had always read about things about reincarnation and he really loved them. The part where the protagonist will receive his own cheat ability, Lionel was very excited.
Creator "But there seems to be something wrong. You should have gone to reincarnation xxx years ago, but you didn't."
Creator "This is really interesting."
Lionel "Is it something bad?"
Lionel 'This is really bad."
Creator "No, no. It's not something bad. It is my negligence that cause this so as a compensation, you can make ahmmmmm."
The Creator thought for a bit since it was really hard to last that long without any company and without going crazy. For Lionel to be able to do this just proves his powerful will and determination.
Creator "You can make a nearly infinite wish. Since I really cause you quite a suffering back then."
Hearing that the Creator will give him a nearly infinite wish, Lionel was very happy, but he was not greedy and he knows when to stop.
Lionel "It's okay Creator, 10 wishes are enough."
Creator "Hmmm. For a second there I thought that you would accept my reward since most people would be very happy to have that infinite wishes."
Lionel "To be honest. I was really tempted but I don't want to become so strong that my life would be boring. I also want to have some challenges in my life."
Lionel was really an adventurous person as the thing that he loves the most is adventure next to girls naturally since he really loves girls since he is straight and all.
Creator "So as a reward, I will give you an infinite amount of wishes. You can just call me if you want to wish something but that is if you reach the peak of your world. Then you can make other gifts for the next world you would go."
Lionel "Wait! I can go to other worlds? Then does that mean there will be also worlds like One Piece, Fairy Tail or Dragon Balls?"
Creator "Ahh, Yes! Everything you could think of, there will be a world of that. And you will be able to travel to all of them."
Lionel "Wow! That is so great! I can't wait to go there now. Can I chose now which world I would go?"
Creator "Sure, go ahead."
Lionel "hmmm"
Lionel thought for a moment as he tried to think of which world he would choose to go first. He can choose Naruto World since it only has a small place to go around and he will be able to meet his favorite characters. He can also go to Highschool DxD and make a harem of his own which consist of Rias and the others.
But after thinking for almost a minute, he finally has chosen the world he would go first.
Lionel "I choose Coiling Dragon World"
He chose the novel he had ever first read which is only the reason why he loves novels so bad that he can't stop reading from romance to fantasy, science fiction to fan fiction, and from magic realism to realistic fiction.
But why did he chose Coiling Dragon World as the first world he would go to? Simple! He wants to mess up the story since he really wants to see what would happen if a new powerhouse will be built which is much stronger and famous than the Holy Union and the Dark Alliance.
Creator "Okay. Then state your wishes now."
Lionel answered immediately as this was already part of his entertainment for the past who knows how many years. So he was able to immediately say what he wished for.

2. Unlimited Stamina/Energy/Mana
3. A generous Anime System that has all about animes.
4. Instant Mastery of everything
5. Eidetic Memory
6. Ability to grant immortality to anyone.
7. Primordial Chaos God Bloodline

9. Ability to create weapons, pills, and techniques (skills, spells, and abilities)
10. Hyper-regeneration
Creator "Oh my!"
Lionel "Is there something wrong?"
Creator "Nothing. I just thought that you would wish something like making yourself very overpowered. You do know that you can wish anything, right? You could even wish to become a God."
Lionel "Nah. Being a God would be very boring, I want adventures so even though I am not weak I am not so overpowered either."
Creator 'You sure?'
Creator "Okay. I will be reincarnating you then, bye-bye."
Lionel "Goodbye."
Lionel was then wrapped by white light and his body started to disappear starting from his feet to his head until he was finally gone.

In a certain town, hidden from the world not under the control of any powerhouses but was able to survive up to now because of the unity of the townspeople. They were all contended of what they've got and had no interest in worldly affairs.
They have the food to eat and if there isn't any, they can always hunt at the nearby Mountain Range. Their lives were peaceful and they were happy, living an ordinary life, everyone in the town was all good people that are very hard to find in the whole world.
Inside a small and humble house, the sounds of a baby crying can be heard from afar, but no one was complaining about it. But if one were to look at the faces of the people near the house, there was a smile on their faces like they were happy about the noise.
Inside the house, there was a very beautiful young woman, she has a beautiful yet exotic white hair, her eyes were a pair of shimmering golden colors, her face was like a piece of art made by the gods.
Next to her was a young man, at the age of twenty or above, he has a simple dark hair but his blue eyes were like the sea. So calm and deep that you can't even fathom how deep it is.
The young man held a baby on his hands, the baby had a mixture of dark and silver hair and his blue eyes were curiously looking around him, filled with intelligence which made the couple laugh.
Edward "Look dear! He is looking around him, our son is a little genius. Hahaha"
Diane "Dear don't laugh so loud, you'll scare him. Give him to me."
Edward then passed the baby towards Diane who was lying on the bed, he placed the baby at her right side. He then took a chair and placed it right next to the baby, unwilling to leave him like he was going to disappear.
Edward "What should we name him dear?"
Diane thought for a moment thinking a name for her cute little son, she was then reminded of a lion which is brave and courageous, added to their last name Fortis which means Strong.
Diane "How about Lionel Fortis?"
Edward "Lionel Fortis. Such a great name for a great baby. I love it!"
