7 Akatsuki Baby Bonding Time

The next morning when everyone was sleeping peacefully in Hatake's apartment. The peaceful environment was broken by Naruto barging in the house and yelling;

"Kakashi Sensei! R u still asleep".

There was a bang followed by cursing and shushing. Sakura had just bonked Naruto over the head before telling him to be quiet or they will wake the babies. Naruto lying on the floor was massaging his bruised scalp. Naruto muttered in a loud whispering voice;

"But Sakura-chan! I was seeing if sensei was awake, how will he take care of the babies with his lazy attitude and bad habits, it's not like sensei has any experience in this matter after all his poor habits caused him to remain single up till now and I don't see him in any relationship for the future either".

He was happy to see that Sakura was pondering on what he was saying, finally, after some time he heard her mutter;

" You are probably right Naruto. But sensei is old and we don't want to hurt an old man's feelings, so don't say anything to him".

Naruto nodded in yes before springing towards the babies room with Sakura following behind.

Kakashi's POV

Kakashi was sleeping soundly in his room dreaming of Minori, he was drawing close to her and just when he was about to peck her he heard the door slamming open and the voice of his annoying student calling to him, his beautiful dream was broken like a piece of glass by his student.

Resisting the urge to strangle his student he took a deep breath and sat on his bed, finger combing his hair.

He then heard a bang, curses and then shushing. The bang was probably caused by his other student, the curses were muttered by Naruto and then he was shushed by Sakura.

He was about to ignore them and go back to sleep when he heard them saying Kakashi sensei, straining his ears to hear what his students were up to.

He heard Naruto calling him lazy with bad habits and poor luck in relationships. Hearing him say that he fell into depression with a grey cloud over his head. He was further pushed into depression when he heard him saying that he had poor luck in relationships. An arrow was shot through his heart when he heard his other student agreeing.

He stopped listening before getting up from bed and dragging himself to the restroom the depressive grey clouds were still looming over his head.

Minori/Madara's POV

Madara was rudely jerked from his sleep by the blond jinchuuriki. Wanting to kill the blond, he reminded himself that he needed the idiot for his plans.

So he summoned a clone who erected a sound barrier in addition to his previously erected privacy barrier.

Before dispelling the clone, he went back to sleep.

Babies Room

Naruto and Sakura entered the babies room and heard a giggle.

They saw that all the kids were sleeping with exception of two kids.

The short black-haired kid with a warm skin tone was playing with a raven. And the other black-haired kid with pale skin tone was playing with a snake.

Wanting to take the dangerous animals away from the kids, Sakura got up but was pulled by Naruto who said;

" Those kids are so cute. Hey! they even have their own plush toys".

To Sakura, those animals seemed too real to be plush toys, but what Naruto just said did make sense, no parents will give their children such dangerous pets. Sakura then left to get the kids some milk.

They took both the kids and put them in the same crib, the babies were just staring at each other for some time with their plush toys lying with them watching the other. Naruto was getting bored with the inactivity and was about to put them back into their own cribs when the pale-faced baby patted the other baby. The other baby then shyly reached out and grabbed the others hand.

Naruto was holding his cheeks tightly to prevent him from squealing like a girl while the clone Naruto was taping all of this. When did he pop a clone and where he got the camera Sakura will never know.

Sakura came with the bottles and gushed towards the kids about how cute they are. The kids drank milk without removing their hands from the grip.

They turned their attention to the other kids that were just waking now. Naruto left to get the milk this time. Sakura put the now awake baby Deidara with baby Sasori and baby Obito with baby Zetsu.

Sakura showed them some toys that Naruto brought yesterday, Deidara reached towards the plush bomb toy while Sasori took the barbie & ken doll. Confused at his choice she let it go. The kids observed each other before turning their backs to each other and playing with their toys. All the actions were being recorded by clone Naruto.

Turning to the baby Zetsu and Obito, she saw them choosing flower in the case of Zetsu and lollipop in the case of Obito. Obito was hugging his lollipop plushy while Zetsu was putting a flower in his hair. Obito was enjoying all the attention.

Naruto just came back and gave them the bottles.

Baby Kisame was awake and was watching the others in envy, he turned his back towards them and started to snivel quietly. Just before his vision was obscured, he saw Naruto holding a plush shark that was as large as him towards him. Happy he took the toy and the bottle he started drinking and playing.

Sakura had just put a small pile of fake money in front of baby Kakuzu when baby Hidan directed his attention towards the toy he wanted. It was a puzzle with many symbols, which she handed to him. They both were happily playing with their toys.

Sakura and Naruto then turned their attention towards the last kids, they have finished their bottles and were now eyeing the toys. Sakura put the toys in front of them while Naruto took the bottles away.

Baby Konan quickly grabbed the multicoloured ribbons, while baby Nagato grabbed a plush puppy and baby Yahiko grabbed the plush dango and paper crown. He put the paper crown on Konan's head before playing with his own toy.

Naruto and Sakura who were observing all of this were dying internally of the utter cuteness that the babies were showing.
