48 (Resuming Shortly)

If you have read the last chapter's note then you will be aware why the novel was under long hiatus. I was undergoing treatment for typhoid. It took me too long to recover and even now I am under medication but feeling much better.

Honestly, it was a case of negligence on doctor's part (and somewhat mine). They diagnosed me with typhoid almost after 15 days from the day I complained of fever and body pain. The doctors blamed it on season change initially. Only after my condition got worse did they asked me for a blood checkup. But then the typhoid has set in.

Sighs~ Anyways, I plan to resume the novel soon. Thank you for giving the novel the love you have given. I am aware the novel might not get a contract but I will write the story in the way I originally planned. There might be a break between releases or slow release rate but one thing is for sure I WON'T drop the novel. I owe it to 2k+ readers who have added this novel to their library. I will try my best.

Hopefully, Little Zhen will soon meet his lovely readers by mid-October.
