23 Chapter 23 The Situation Is Ever Changing

As we walked,well as I walked while carrying him to the base he asked me something

Chisaki: "Why do you want me to help so much?"

Shin: "Well it's pretty easy,you're powerful and you may not believe me yet but "they" are soon approaching and people will soon realize that I was saying the truth when I said if we kill All For One the speed of time on Earth will double."

Chisaki: "Okay then when are they coming?"

Shin: "More or less 4 years since the speed of time will double."

Chisaki: "WTF!All Might the strongest person on the planet was at most city level in power so how do you expect us to beat MOON FUCKING LEVEL BEINGS!"

Shin: "It's very simple actually.Shoto got some weird upgrade after getting his arm bitten off by one of your expendables.Oh, and the other 4 have had their quirk tampered with by me so their should be something they can come up with.For me though it's the simplest thing really I'll tamper,well really evolve the 3 quirks I just got and if you behave yours too."

Chisaki: "Okay,but they don't seem to know you evolved their quirks so why are you telling me this?"

Shin: "My thought process is quite simple.Firstly this will insight you to not go against what I said and run away.Secondly I know you know how to repay debts even at extremes sometimes so when the 3 beings show up you will realize if I hadn't interfered at all,all of humanity would be destroyed including the Yakuza."

Chisaki: "Hm,fine but why don't you heal your brother's arm?"

Shin: "Because for now somethings need to stay between me and you got it?"

Chisaki: "Fine.We're here anyway just take a left and go into the building with a grey door."

Shin: "Okay."

I walked into the door with Chisaki.Greeting us there were the 3 other expendables of Shie Hassaikai.They were about to fight me when Chisaki quickly said

Chisaki: "Stop now!Where's Eri?"

The three said in unison: "THERE BOSS!" while pointing to a corner.I quickly said

Shin: "Hand me a mask!"

They stood there glaring at me when Chisaki said

Chisaki: "Just give him one."

I was handed a mask that covered all my face.I wore it and walked towards Eri with Chisaki when I saw her I said

Shin: "Girl I've heard you had a special quirk.So you know the world is currently in great danger so I need you to do something for me can you?"

Eri: "What do you want?"

Shin: "Firstly I need you to rewind Overhaul's quirk to restore it and then I need you to help with his research.After that I will take you to a place where you can learn to control your power and use it properly.This should only take a month more if you cooperate at most probably.So do you agree?"

Eri: "I really don't have a choice so yes."

Shin: "Oh,great then.Please get started."

I immediately jumped away and she used rewind.The scrapes on Chisaki's face went away but soon he started getting younger and younger 'Fuck!' I thought as I quickly stepped in and disassembled Eri.

It worked out quite well but I quickly reassembled Eri almost immediately.Chisaki now looked about 16 years of age.From about my height he was now about half a head shorter than me.

Everyone in the room was shocked at what I just did.I quickly said

Shin: "Tsk!You should have complied now I can't let you go Eri for at least 4 years.Oh,and you 3 expendables better not say anything about this or else your all dead."

They looked to Chisaki and he nodded signaling that they should obey what i said.I continued

Shin: "Oh and Chisaki since you have your quirk back get back to doing what I said give me a report on what's happening each year.If you do well you might even get it in a year."

I said while walking away.

Shin: "Oh and here's your mask back." I said while throwing the mask and going out the door.

Chisaki POV

The 3 expendables said in unison: "What did he mean?"

I answered quickly

Chisaki: "We're going to be cleaning up the villains around the world.The Yakuza now will basically be the Heroes Of The Shadows and our first step is getting those quirk destroying and restoring bullets."

I said while looking towards Eri with a mad glare.

Shin POV

I was now at home in my bed trying to sleep as a lot had happened today but something kept gnawing at me and like the gate of hell itself was opening STATUS suddenly said

Personal Perk: Evolution charges take 6 months to recharge now and will be given 1 free evolution charge. Random Wheel Perk: You will be given something random from another fiction even a perk or multiple perks but you will not be able to get something insane.)

'FUCK MY LIFE.Why must he do this damn it it's not like there are other people like me in this universe.What a cunt!Well anyway since I am practically a protagonist I would have protagonist luck.So who knows I might get divine dividing,dragonballs would be cool too as I could then move earth away from the enemies and have more time or who knows a sharingan or djinn equip?Well let's try my luck there's no reason to stay cursing at that motherfucker for much longer anyway.I pick Random Wheel Perk.'

I suddenly got transported to another dimension.It was a white plain with that hateful old man and a big wheel in front of me.

Shin: "Why must it be so big dumb ass?" I asked as it stretched on for kilometers I could n't even see the end of it and it's height was unimaginable but due to it height the line which picked was at the bottom.

The old man responded: "Well you see when I mean something from any fiction I mean any.As in you could get a monster from that disney film from your old world or you could get an MP3 player from a slice of life fiction or you could get some cultivation technique from an eastern fantasy novel but that cultivation technique would be very limited as nothing insane means no dragonballs,planet busting characters as you can also get characters and no divine weapons that can just split the universe apart.Well now it's time to spin." He said as he spun the wheel.

The wind generated from the wheel nearly caused me to fly away but I had Air Field so I managed to redirect the wind slightly.'Wait now that I think about it didn't that dumb ass during the hero licence exam have an air quirk that allowed him to control air so well.'

The old man immediately said: "Well although his has better range for now and has more practical use for now he doesn't have absolute air control while yours has a tiny bit of it allowing you to basically control the air in your field with your will even if you are trapped allowing you to suffocate opponents throw them around or give yourself instantaneous movement in air while all he can do is propel himself a bit."

'Well that does make sense but wtf does he mean by a bit that dude could fly through a city at high speeds.Oh wait I forgot even if it is a dumb god it's still a god so probably to him a decent bit would be a galaxy.Well what ever,what will that wheel hit.'

Suddenly the wheel started slowing down as soon as I said that the wheel started slowing down

I stood there dumbstruck 'I don't know if I am lucky or too lucky to be honest.' I thought as the wheel stopped and a seal magically appeared on my stomach.

The old man: "Oh,you got quite lucky indeed this seems to be the Shukaku before he met Bunpuku but that doesn't matter as if you become friends with the beast most of your problems will be solved as chakra will be stamina where you are and also Shukaku's wind release will increase your proficiency with your Air Field and his chakra will also basically give you enough stamina to use air field and your white flames proficiently.As well since he only has 1 tail and thus is the weakest tailed beast you can refine him with your white flames and decide what you want him to focus on.Like making a build of a character in a rpg.Well tata for now."

The old man said while waving towards me as I faded out of that dimension and was in my bed again.

'Hasn't this all been futile really all they're forcing me to do is make my plans come slightly quicker and now I am set anyway.My quirks are basically

Attacking quirk: White Flames

Support quirk: Reaper's Death Rings

Control quirk: Air Field which is basically attack and defense and support all in one

Healing quirk: Overhaul which can control as well as attack

And last but not least Defense ability: Shukaku

basically with these i can respond to anything as long as I get them to a high enough level.Oh and by the way STATUS can I evolve Shukaku?'

Loading.... *DING* No as although now he has become a spirit beast quirk as people call it he is still technically not a quirk but you can refine him with your white flames quirk also if you refine him enough and have enough control with his powers he may gain an extra tail and his body shape might change.Basically evolve in other words.)

'Oh okay thanks.Then that means depending on Chisaki's devotion and work my evolution charge will go to him just before the fight as he may be helpful.' I thought before falling asleep.
