12 Chapter 12 Shin vs Shoto

Shin: "UH." I said while waking up.No-one woke me up this time as I had set a timer with STATUS.Recently it has been getting extra functions.Like when it is best to eat a certain food or when it actually expires because expiry dates here actually don't mean shit.

I started to walk to the arena tiredly as I had just woken up but at the same time I was slapping my self to stay awake 'Jeez I'am hungry my moves take up to much energy.No wonder people like Goku eat so much I wouldn't be surprised if he ate a whole 100 meters squared space filled with food and still be hungry.Then again probably with all the energy he and other people like Luffy use their bodies begin to get better at extracting energy but that's only a guess.Either way now it's time to fight nothing else.' I thought while slapping my self across the face.

I got on the arena and Present Mic started again "READY!SET!GOOOOOOO!" he said LOUDLY.

'Damn it one of these days I am gonna become deaf because of him.Like can't he just STFU!'

Shoto: "Good luck Shin,I won't give you first place as I also want it so I hope you try your best as well."

Shin: "Meh, being No.1 doesn't really concern me because the title doesn't matter it's what you do that does."

Every person in the crowd was confused and they started shouting.

"SO WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE JUST WASTING PEOPLES TIME?!"

"ARE YOU SAYING THE OTHERS ARE BENEATH YOU SO YOU DON'T NEED TO TRY YOUR BEST!?!?"

"WHO DOESN'T WANT TO BE NO.1?YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO ACT COOL!JUST GO HOME ALREADY!"

Shin: "Maybe I should.BUT I am bored and have nothing else to do so that's not gonna happen." I said while pointing my middle finger at them.They were all out raged but I couldn't careless.

I ran at Shoto and he ran at me while forming two wakizashi (basically a Japanese short sword just look it up) one made out of hot blue flames the other out of pure white ice.I smirked and lit my hands on fire my right hand with colder white flames and my left hand with hotter white flames.

Once I was in front of him he slashed with both wakizashi downwards.I blocked them both with my hands.The blue flame wakizashi was extinguished almost immediately.While the white ice wakizashi was melted almost instantaneously as well.

Shoto knew he would lose but still tried it anyway and since he was prepared for the outcome he immediately started emitting small bursts of dense blue flames to propel himself into the air.It actually worked 'Wow that surprised me.I didn't think he could basically fly already with his fire.'

He flew to the other side of the arena and said

Shoto: "Shin I am sorry but I am gonna have to start doing this."

Shin: "I really don't care just hurry up I am tired and hungry."

Shoto: "...Fuck you."

Ice started to spread on the field till it covered the whole area.There was ice also underneath Shoto which started growing and formed a tiny hill with Shoto at it's highest point.This hill was about 6 meters high and about 10 meters in diameter.

From the rest of the arena ice spikes started shooting up aiming for me obviously.There were gigantic ones tiny ones medium sized ones it was ridiculous to say the least.But all I did was put my hands on the ground and lit them on fire again.The ice started to melt around me quickly.After there was no ice within a five meter radius of me I sat down and when the ice spikes came I caught them with my fiery hands.

After the barrage 10 huge balls of blue flames were coming at me,but again all I did was put my hands in front of me but this time with cold flames.2 balls of flames directly hit me but first made contact with my hands so they were extinguished.Then the other 8 suddenly changed direction and now I had 2 coming from behind me 2 from above me and 2 from my right and 2 from my left.

I didn't panic though as this plan had one fatal flaw, me getting my ass off the floor and moving but I didn't do that I simply heated up my flames dug my hands into the arena and pushed my self forwards then turned around and put my hands out in front of me to stop the heat and residual flames from hitting me with the cold my hands brought.

After that was over I turned around and faced Shoto.Now there were even more ice spikes and fireballs 'Ga you're such a pain'I thought while looking towards Shoto.I got up while forming a Burning Heaven Rasengan in my right hand and started running towards the ice hill.

All projectiles that came my way I either dodged or stopped with my left hand.As usual when the flames of the rasengan were finished I stopped and started spinning it quickly.When it was done with my right hand in front of me I started running up the hill.

Ice spikes formed to stop me but I simply melted them all with my rasengan and finally made it to the top.Once I was there I jumped high into the air while shouting "Burning Heaven Rasengan!" And I thrust the BHR towards Shoto shooting it out of my hand.

To mitigate the damage he quickly formed the thickest ice wall he could in front of him leaving only a small hole for him to see the BHR and put his hand through to slow it down with blue flames.The blue flames came out like Shoto's hand was a flamethrower but all was useless the flames only slowed down the BHR a bit and just as the flames where about to be defeated Shoto pulled his hand back and closed up the last bit of the ice wall.

But something unexpected happened Shoto spat out something that looked like a seed and it grew instantaneously into a 6 meter tall 3 meter in radius ice lotus with a blue fire ball at it's center facing towards the rasengan.

Then Shoto shouted "LOTUS OF ICE AND FIRE!" when the BHR broke through the entire wall and was about to touch the lotus' fire ball Shoto shouted yet again "CANON!" The blue flames immediately shot out slowing down the BHR considerably till it exploded on contact with the ice.

Although the lotus stopped Shoto from getting seriously injured he still got thrown into the air from the explosion and he was barely conscious.As soon as gravity started to take affect he started falling down towards the ground and just before he hit the ground from his left hand he released a small burst of blue flames which slowed his fall down by a lot to were he only got a few bruises.

I was tired now and started walking down the ice hill when Present Mic said "SHIN WINS!" But no one really reacted as they were still dumbfounded by what just happened.Once I was at the stairs I mumbled "Jeez I am getting really tired after these fights." And proceeded to walk towards the waiting room to sleep.
