17 Chapter 17 The Check-up's Result, Confession (Rewrite)

The next morning in Kanda's room where when he wakes up, he can see Eris is still sleeping and hugging Kanda like a pillow which Kanda grabs her bottom before feels her tail which she mewled softly.

"Hunnya~ Good morning~" Greeted Eris softly as she slowly opens her eyes.

"Good morning, Eris. Wake up and remember that you need to take me to see Dr. Durel today." Greeted Kanda back at Eris as he pets Eris's head.

Eris yawns as she says, "Just let me sleep for awhile, Kanda-san~"

"Fine." Kanda smiles slightly before he pinches Eris's bottom.

"NNNYYYYAAAA!!! Kanda-san, what are you doing?!" Exclaimed Eris as she quickly sober herself up.

"Hahaha, just punishing a sleepy-head cat right now." Said Kanda to Eris before he rubs the place he pinched.

"Mou...You're so mean, Kanda-san." Said Eris as she looks at Kanda while pouting.

Eris and Kanda quickly prepared themselves before went downstairs where they greet others in the dining room.

After that, Kanda goes with Eris together to the Mothership with her spacecraft after said goodbye to others.

Inside the Catia's Mothership.

"Wow, I don't think that your main ship is this enormous, Eris. How many personnel had been stationed here?" Asked Kanda as he entered the Mothership after comes down from the spacecraft.

"There are about 387 personnel had been stationed here, Kanda-san." Answered Eris as she guides Kanda along the way through the Mothership.

After 10 minutes of walking, both of them finally have arrived at the command centre where Kanda can see Kuune and others inside the room as they welcomed him to the ship.

"Welcome to the Catia's Mothership, Ichijou-kun. I hope that you may have the best experience on this ship." Said Kuune as she stood up from her seat.

"Thank you, Captain Kuune. It's my pleasure to be the first one to arrive here on this planet." Replied Kanda as he changes handshakes.

"You're welcome, Ichijou-kun. You can ask for help from the personnel here as you're on this ship although you're couldn't enter any of the restricted rooms on this ship." Said Kuune to Kanda as she reminds about restricted area.

"Alright, Captain Kuune." Kanda nodded to her words.

"Ichijou, let's go to my lab so I can check you up." Said Durel as she stands beside Kuune.

"Ok. Lead the way, Dr. Durel." Said Kanda at Durel before he follows behind Durel with Eris after he said farewell to others in the command room.

~5 minutes later.

"So...Can you take off upper side of your cloth and stand on that machine." Ordered Durel to Kanda as she points towards a platform near him.

Kanda takes off his shirt before standing on a platform where he can see that the platform starts to scan his body as a blue light enveloped his whole body for awhile before the light disappears.

Durel nods for a moment before she says, "Ok, that's enough and you can wear your shirt back and sit on the chair while waiting for your result."

"Ok." Replied Kanda short as he wears his shirt back before sits on the chair inside the room which beside Eris.

"Eris, what would you do usually when on board this ship?" Asked Kanda as he talks to Eris while waiting for Durel's result.

"Well, we have our own task according to our own respective position where I'm, as a scout usually spend most of my time on the planet that we want to make a relationship with. After that, I will go back to the ship sometimes to give my report to Captain Kuune." Replied Eris.

"How about on your day off? What did you do?" Asked Kanda again.

"Hmm...I will go to any attractive places on the planet that I had been tasked with Chaika. Other than that, I spend my time in the hot spring on this ship with the other personnel." Answered Eris.

"It looks so fun." Commented Kanda.

"That's right." Replied Eris as she nods.

"How big is your mothership, Eris? As I can see that the size of the ship is so enormous from the outside when you take me here using a spacecraft." Said Kanda as he talks about the Mothership.

"It's so big, Kanda-san." Said Eris as she spread her arms apart to show on how big the shop is before she continues, "Moreover, I can let you see our biggest relaxing spot where most of the personnel take a nap or relax in that place. If I need to estimate the size of this ship, I assume it almost about six football field-long and two football field-width."

Kanda continues his small talk with Eris where sometimes they also laughing.

Later, Durel finally looks at both of them before she says, "The result for your examination already done, Ichijou. I can assure you that you have recovered completely which surprised me a bit as your recovery rate can be categorized as abnormal compare to our investigation of the people on this planet."

"How abnormal is Kanda-san's recovery rate, Dr. Durel?" Asked Eris curiously.

Durel thinks for a moment before says, "You can say that Ichijou here can heal completely by resting for a day after had been inflicted with any types of extreme injuries as long as he doesn't die."

Eris's mouth opens as she gasps before she looks at Kanda and says, "Wow, you're so awesome, Kanda-san."

"Hahaha, that's right, Eris." Replied Kanda to Eris while in his mind, "I think that's because of my system so my recovery is a bit strong compare to others."

[Affirmative. Due to the player had been received this system, the player can recovers from any injuries as soon as possible if the player doesn't die completely. Therefore, the player had been advised to rest his body whenever he had finished any type of battles. However, the greater the injuries, the longer the duration that the player needs to rest his body.]

"That's explained my recovery after the fight with Aoi-chan." Said Kanda in his mind as he listened to the system.

"Anyway, you can take your leave as I already finished with your examination." Said Durel to Kanda.

"Thank you, Dr. Durel." Thanked Kanda as he stand from his seat.

Eris also stands up before she says, "Let's go, Kanda-san. I will show you around the ship."

"Sure." Replied Kanda to Eris.

Kanda and Eris excuse themselves from the room before walking around the ship where Eris explained happily to him about all the places inside the ship before they going back to the Earth after saying their goodbye to others as the Mothership had been stationed between the moon and the Earth.

~Back to Durel's lab.

"So...Dr. Durel, what is it you had found from Ichijou-kun's examination report that need me to come here." Asked Kuune to Durel after her face appears on the screen of the monitor.

"Well...from my observation, I can say that his body completely the same as the people on this planet but..." Said Durel before hesitates at the end.

"But what, Dr. Durel?" Asked Kuune curiously.

"Based the result after I scanned his body, there is an error when I'm trying to see his genetic code as if there is someone who hides his information from being seen by others." Answered Durel to Kuune.

"Hmm...That's worrisome." Said Kuune as her face looks worried before she continues, "What's the probability that he might harm us?"

Durel smiles slightly aas she says, "I don't think that he will harm us. From my view of him, I can see he will regard us as his friends as long as we are sincere enough to befriend him."

Kuune exhales sighs of relief as she says, "That's good, I guess. I can see he also sincere enough to friend with us although his personality is a bit perverted."

"Fufufu, what can we say about that, he also a boy, you know, Kuune? He will also become a pervert too when he sees your enormous breast which almost defying common sense. From the books that Eris had sent its information to us before, it's normal phenomenon for opposite sex to appreciate each other." Said Durel as she laughs slightly.

Kuune's face on the screen becomes red before she says, "Dr. D-Du-Durel, what's are you talking about! You also one of the people that have biggest chests here." Retorted Kuune as she talks about Durel.

"Of course, I am but you're the biggest in this ship right now." Stated Durel as a fact.

"Mou...I will end this video right now if there is nothing else, Durel." Said Kuune as her face disappears and the screen becomes black.

"What a shy person you are, Kuune." Said Durel as she chuckles before she continues, "Anyway, I will try to get as much as possible information about this Ichijou as I also want to see what makes him special form otbers."

Four days have already passed from Kanda's check-up where he spent his time by fooling around with others inside Kio's house while the catgirls and Jack also sometimes visited them especially Chaika where she just got addicted in tasting every type of food that she could had seen for the first time. Uncle Yuuichi also came to the house and quite shocked to see many people inside there before he immediately became a pervert when he saw some huge breasts in there like Kuune, Durel, and JACK.

In the morning, Kanda and the others taking as they are taking their breakfast before suddenly the front door's bell has rung. Kio goes to the front door and sees a postman in front of his house which he receives a bunch of things from him.

After the postman goes away, Kio went back to the dining table while carrying all of those things that he had received.

"Kio, who is it that comes before? And what is it on your hands?" Asked Kanda as he looks at Kio's hands.

"Well, a postman that came before where he has gave me these things." Said Kio before he puts all those things in his hamds on top of the table after all the plates already being cleared out.

"I can see some of these things are letters and packages." Said Manami as she looks at the table.

"From whom that those letters and packages and for whose?" Said Aoi as she also taking a look.

Manami takes a look on those things one by one before she says, "Hmm...I can see some are from the Minister of Internal and Foreign Affairs and the Immigration Bureau of Japan. Other than that, there are no names in these letters and packages."

"This letter is from the minister which is for Kanda while this letter from the Immigration Bureau of Japan which is for Aoi-chan." Said Manami before she gives the letters that addressed to Kanda and Aoi.

Kanda looks at the content after he opened the letter before he looks at Kuune and says, "Hmm...Captain Kuune, they had agreed with the compensation and the request to establish the embassy that you had mentioned before but they need two days to transfer the money to me."

"That's fine. As long as they paid the compensation as had been agreed before." Said Kuune as she nods before she looks at Kanda and says, "Ichijou-kun, you can use that money for yourself. We don't need that thing as we already had a rich amount of valuable resources where we can convert with."

"Is it alright for you, Captain Kuune? Although this amount of currency may not valuable to you, for others, it's astronomical for them to use." Said Kanda to Kuune with surprised looks.

Kuune nods as she says, "It's fine. It's due to your hard work where you had involved the most during the meeting which had allowed us to get the compensation from them."

"If you say that, I just can say thank you for this gift." Replied Kanda to Kuune.

"Kanda, don't forget to use that money to buy me some food later." Said Chaika as she smiles at him.

"Sure, we can go on a vacation later with others using this money as I also can show all of you to some of the tourist spots on this planet." Said Kanda as he looks at Chaika.

"Yatta~, thank you so much, Kanda." Cheered Chaika happily

After he looks at happy face on Chaika, Kanda looks around before he stops as he can see that Aoi has a frown on her face after she read the letter.

"What happened to you, Aoi-chan? Your face has frowned on them." Asked Kanda with concerned looks.

Aoi shakes her head as she denies, "There is nothing at all, Ichijou-kun."

Kanda looks at Aoi seriously before he says, "Just tell me, Aoi-chan. Are we not your friends here? They also need to hear on what is bugging you now. What is it that the Immigration Bureau of Japan had wrote in their letter?"

"Well...there is apologize statement from them and they also will reinstate me into their organization again as long as I agree with it." Replied Aoi.

"Ok...then, what is your answer, Aoi-chan?" Asked Kanda to her.

"I don't know, Ichijou-kun." Replied Aoi.

"How about I change my question? What is it that your heart really want right now, Aoi-chan?" Asked Kanda again to Aoi as others also looking for her answer.

"I-I want to be with you, Ichijou-kun. From my first meeting with you before, I can feel that my fate is with you but I knew that both of us were living in different world. Therefore, I had determined myself to try in forgetting you but for the past months of my interaction with you, Manami, and others, had caused my determination to waver. When you had been attacked before, I had understood the truth that I, Futaba Aoi, really like you, Ichijou Kanda." Said Aoi seriously before her voice starts to crack as she slowly crying at the end.

After that heartful confession, silence envelopes the room before others starts to talk.

Kuune with her mouth opens as she says, "Maa~ It's a love confession."

"Wow! It's my first time seeing someone so bold say her feeling to her love in many people. You're so lucky, Ichijou." Said Durel with surprised looks on her face.

"That's right, Dr. Durel. Ichijou-san is really lucky to meet her." Said Melwin with a smile but her mind, "Why...why my heart feels hurt when I heard Futaba-san's confession?"

"That's not fair, Aoi-san. I want to confess my feeling to him too." Pouted Eris at Aoi before she looks at Kanda and says seriously, "Kanda-san, I also love you too."

"Nyahahahaha...to think that beside Aoi, Eris also like you, Kanda. You're so popular." Said Chaika as she laughs loudly.

"What a hectic morning, right Kio" Said Manami as she massages her head as she looks at Kio before she murmurs, "I hope that this dense guy also will confess to me later as I want to be loved like others too."

Aoi quickly wipes her tears as she finally realised that she had confessed her feeling in front of others before she tries to explain, "N-No, it's not like that everyone, I just want to say that I want to be with you all."

JACK with a smile looks at Aoi's reaction before she says, "What a shy person she is."

"Fufufu~ She is really so cute." Supported Kuune as she smiles.

"We want to be with you too, Aoi-san but I still declare that I also love Kanda-san." Said Eris before she looks at Aoi seriously.

"Don't worry, Aoi-chan. Some of them are teasing you. I also want to be with you, Aoi-chan and thank you for that confession. If you're really mean with your love with me, Aoi-chan, I also love you. You too, Eris, I also love you.

Listened to Kanda's answer at her confession, her tears come out again before she says, "T-Tha-Thank you, Ichijou-kun. Thank you so much."

"Yes~ Kanda-san also love me too, hehe hehehe~" Said Eris happily.

"Why am I feeling envious with Eris and Aoi?" Said Melwin softly without anyone heard her voice.

After the commotion dies down, Kanda continues with his talking as he looks at Kuune, "If that's what you really want, Aoi-chan. I will officially invite you and Manami into the embassy. You too, Kio, if you want to join. Is that alright with you, Captain Kuune?"

Kuune nods as she says seriously, "Of course. With my power as the Captain of the Catia's Exploration Team to Earth, I will officially nominate Ichijou Kanda as the head representative of Catia's Embassy with Eris as his assistant from Catia's side. He also has our full protection from any type of accident as long as he holds this position. He also a decision-maker for Catia's side as long as he doesn't make any of irresponsible decisions on our behalf."

After Kuune's declaration, a bright light comes out from her bell accessory and starts to envelope Kanda's whole body before a bell-like earring appears on his right ear after the light had been dispersed.

Kanda touches the earing as he says, "What has happened before, Captain Kuune? And what is this earring on my ear?"

"Well, I just appointed you as our ambassador and you can do anything on our behalf in this world as you have our full backing. The earring on your ear acts as the proof of our ambassador." Replied Kuune.

"Although I want to refuse your appointment, I know very well that you will not let me do that. That's why thank you, Captain Kuune as I will accept it." Said Kanda as he accepted his work as ambassador.

"Fufufu~You know me well, Ichijou-kun." Said Kuune as she smiles.

"Ichijou-san, what's about other letters and packages here?" Asked Kio as he points at other things on the table.

"Leave it for later, Kio. Right now, I just want to calm me down for a bit for this sudden confession and appointment. I need to release my tension right now by creating some lunch as we already reach lunchtime." Said Kanda before he stood from hia seat and goes to the kitchen.

After a whole hour, Kanda finally prepared a meal from duck meat and potato for the lunch. His meal receiving outstanding praise from all of them as they can feel that their body feels stronger compare to before but they did not know why as it due to the activation of Kanda's skill where it increases x2/x3/x4 of the stats they havewith the probability of 25%/15%/5%.

(A/N: For example, they get x2 of their stats after consuming the meal created by Kanda where he only had a 25% chance to get that buff after he had created that food.)
