The beginning

" in a kingdom far far away" Shrek started,reading a novel that was on his hand ." there lived a princess called :princess Fiona.

She was cursed with a spell by a witch, and she became an ogre. By night one way ,by day another, only with true Love's first kiss and take true loves form."As he read he flipped through the next few pages and then to the last page ."She was guarded by a fair breathing dragon. She will be save by her prince charming and will live happily ever after" . Then he laughed nonchalantly before tearing off the last page. "As if this was gonna ever happen". He used the torn page to clean his a*s before coming out of the bathroom.

The sun was shining brightly in the morning as he walked out. He straighten himself before looking at his lovely home in front of him.

with happiness he walked towards his muddy water to take his bath. After his bath he picked up a caterpillar, pressed it's abdomen till it's fluid came out. He placed the fluid on the plastic stuff he uses as a toothbrush, then he walked towards the mirror and opened his teeth . But to his utmost dismay the mirror shattered in to pieces maybe because of the booming odor from his mouth .

He didn't care, he walked out to get his snail from a fallen tree filled with mud and stinky bugs .

well that was the life of an ogre, they don't care, they are stinky and they feed on human flesh. But this ogre was different. He feeds on animals instead and lived peacefully with the humans but in a secluded place.

When he was done with preparing his meal, he ate alone as usual, and he felt happy that he is all alone and people are still scared of him. They always run away from him anytime they see him.

He was big, tall, green in complexion and has a hideous face that could scare you to your guts.

___ meanwhile___

warriors were plotting and analysing on how to get rid of the ogre. They concluded that they were going to attack him, but will attack when night falls.

It was already night time and Shrek was inside his lovely swamp enjoying his peaceful environment. Then the sound of foot steps was heard, not just one but seems like many. ' who the hell is intruding' he mumbled with a frown. He walked towards his window to check where the noisy sounds were coming from, and then he could see man ,about six of them coming towards his swamp.

Due to his cunning ways he secretly followed those men behind without saying or making a sound. Then they paused as they looked at his swamp that was lit up. He actually left his light on to make them think that he was inside his house. " here , it lives here". one of those men said out of fright.

"shhh, any more noise from you we will all be in danger" he said in a whisper " don't you know what that thing could do to you. He'll grind your bones for his dinner" they all gasped as they heard a quiet laugh just behind them.

"I'll say" he said shortly after laughing " I will cut your heads and drink your fluids, cut out your skin and use it to make a fresh soup and pluck out your eyes from your sockets" he said while moving close to those men, and they subconsciously moved back in fright. They were frightened because what they saw was not what they expected. This ogre was much taller, hideous and scarier that they thought.

But what happened next took him back. one of those men brought up his fire to scare him away by swaying it on his face saying " Back , back away ogre... I warn you". he said even though his heart was pounding hard in his rib cage.

He then used his tongue to extinguish the fire that was held by the man in front of him. with a frown. Then he bent a little and he started roaring like a an ogre. which he is. The light those men were holding went off due to the impact of this roar. Then he bent further to whisper as brought up his and and kept it by the side of his mouth in a gossiping gesture. then he said " I suggest you run now" those men gasped as they looked that him in terror. And then those men scrambled away in fright, running away for their dear lives.

He looked down at the piece of paper that was left by those men. He picked it up with a frown as he looked at the portriat of himself that was there, and was written on top " wanted"

He rolled his eyes in disgust and flunged the paper away as he headed back to his house.

I wonder why people always try to send me away when they know I don't disturb them". he said dejectedly.
