2 Chapter – 2 Planning the Peerage

Novachrono's Room – Agares Castle

"And that's it… so, these are all the peerage candidates… I am going to choose from these." Muttered a young Novachrono while looking at the list of names written in his diary. These names were written after a lot of consideration, and Novachrono plans to make his future peerage using the people on the list.

Of course, he is not going to restrict himself to this list, there is always a possibility of change depending on circumstances, and he might have to improvise at that time, but anyway...

After deciding on the list, Novachrono got up from the chair and walked to the front of the mirror. In the Cannon, although Seekvaira was considered one of the Rookies Four and became an Ultimate Class Devil alongside Rias Gremory, Sona Sitri, and Sairaorg Bael, that's all, she didn't do anything noteworthy, she was like a side character even among the side characters, heck, even Raynare who was the first villain of the story probably had more mention and appearance in the entire story compared to Seekvaira.

And it wasn't just her, even her peerage. Other than a dragon named Alivian, and a devil named Bafeel Furcus, there was no information about who were the members of her peerage, I personally believe her peerage wasn't very strong compared to the other three of Rookie Four because she didn't win even a single match in that Youth Devil Rating Game Tournament.

After getting permission, Beta walked inside the room, and greeted Novachrono, "Good Morning; Lord Nova… are you ready for breakfast? My Lady is asking for your presence at breakfast."

Novachrono nodded, "Let's go then, we wouldn't want to keep mother waiting, right?"

Then both Novachrono and Beta went for breakfast.

After eating the meal, Julius and Libra were having a conversation when Novachrono spoke, "Father… Mother… I had a dream last night."

Hearing this both Julius and Libra stopped, and looked at Novachrono as they asked, "Another one of those Prophetic Dreams you saw today?"

Novachrono nodded, "Yes, mother, I believe that it was a prophetic dream."

Libra smiled, she ruffled her son's hair and asked gently, "Nova dear… what was the dream about? What did you see in this dream?"

Julius also curiously looked at Novachrono.

Both husband and wife are aware of the fact that their son can often see the future. A lot of events that have occurred in the past few years have been foretold by Novachrono in advance, therefore, they didn't doubt him when he mentioned that he had a prophetic dream, rather they were curious to know what did their son see this time.

Nova thought about the contents of his dream, and then replied, "Basically it was about a human girl, and what happens to her after the death of her parents."

"A human girl?" muttered Julius with a strange expression, "You have never met a human before, so seeing a human in your dream is quite strange." Then he questioned, "Son, is there something special about this human girl that you saw?"

Novachrono nodded, "Yes father… in my dream, it was repeatedly said that she is the bearer of a Longinus."

"One of the thirteen Longinus?!" exclaimed Julius and Libra in shock as they were taken aback by this news, and asked again with a serious expression, "Son, are you really certain that the human girl you saw in your dream is the bearer of a Longinus?"

Novachrono nodded, "Yes father, I am completely certain, even Azazel, the Governor of the Fallen Angels said that she is the bearer of a Longinus!"

Julius and Libra were silenced after receiving their son's confirmation, "If it's Azazel, then there is no doubt about it." after a while of thinking, they finally asked, "Son, can you tell us anything about that human girl? Did you see anything else about her in your dream? Who were her… 'friends'? Did she side with the Fallen Angels? What kind of person does she become? Does she become enemies of Devils?"

Novachrono folded his arms over his chest, then after a while of remembering, he replied, "According to my dream, she is about three to four years older than me, lives in Italy, and has awakened her Longinus at a very young age, however, the thing is, she is a human disconnected from the supernatural world, so she doesn't know what is a Longinus and that she has one.

Her Longinus takes the form of a doll, but only she can see her doll. She often tells her parents about her doll, but they just laugh it off as their daughter's imagination, not believing that such a thing always lurks behind her.

Sometime after she turns nine years old, her parents die in an accident, and she becomes an orphan because none of her relatives were willing to adopt her because of her weirdness of always mentioning her doll that no one can see."

"So, she becomes an orphan, huh?" muttered Julius with a thoughtful expression, 'If she is an orphan, then there is a lot of room for maneuvering… at least, it's possible to prevent her from siding with the Fallen Angels and the Church.'

After a while of silence, Novachrono said, "Mother, father… is there any way we can bring her here?"

Libra asked, surprised "To the Agares Castle?"

Novachrono nodded, "Yes here…"

Julius asked, staring deeply at his son, "Son, tell us your reason, why do want us to bring her here? Is it because you want to help her or something?"

Novachrono shook his head, "Father, my main intention isn't to help her… what I actually want to do is to recruit her to work for me and be loyal to me instead of the people she will work for when she grows up…"

Libra smiled, "So, we take it that you want her to be part of your future peerage?"

Novachrono nodded with a smile, "Yes mother, she has one of the only thirteen Longinus in existence… I would be a fool if I don't recruit her in my peerage. Julius ruffled his son's hair with a smile, then said, "Anyway, now that the matter about your prophetic dream is settled, it's time for your training… go."

Novachrono nodded, "Yes father." And quickly got down. After that, Novachrono went towards Libra and kissed her on the cheek, Libra tightly hugged him and almost suffocated him with her massive boobs.

After a few seconds, she released Novachrono, finally giving him the opportunity to breathe, kissed his forehead, and allowed him to go, "Good luck."

Novachrono smiled, and after saying goodbye to his parents, "I am going then, love you mother, love you father." "Love you too Son." And then went to the Training Hall.

So, the second chapter has been delivered. I am currently deciding on the future peerage members, most of them are finalized, and it really took a lot of consideration, but anyway...

Now, onto the next question, of course, this is going to be a Harem, however, there has to be someone from Pure blood lineage who would marry MC (you know, for the survival of pureblood devils and stuff.)

Iryuka Glasya - Labolas?

Yes, no Rias Gremory, although I don't hate her, I don't like her either, that's why I don't want her to be MC's love interest, she will be Issei's heroine.
