2 Wisdoms right hand

Ian was surprised the man in front of him was King Arthur! He didn't look anything like the paintings. After Arthur helping him up they all left the room meanwhile Arthur continued to talk. "Welcome to Camelot I bet you're very confused and I'll explain everything shortly first things first-" "We need to find out whether or not you're worth our time or not." Percival butted in. "So we're heading to the court if we don't find your abilities acceptable you're worthless. Ian gulped at his final words acceptable? just what kind of abilities? What am I here for? As multiple thoughts rushed in and around his head the last one stuck for a bit. "What do you mean by acceptable? You still haven't explained why I'm here." Ian inquired staring defiantly back at Percival. He was not amused. "You little punk!" Percival grabbed him by the shirt and lifted him off the ground taking them by surprise. "You'd dare challenge me? I'd kill you before you'd land a single strike." He threatened still lifting Ian of the ground. "That's more than enough Percival he's right to ask we haven't explained anything to him it's to be expected." Arthur stopped the confrontation making Percival out Ian down. "Yeah you're right King he's not worth my time." He sneered. Ian suddenly got an amazing idea

"Guess you're scared then it's to be expected." Ian sighed loudly purposely egging him on. "I mean after all what could he possibly do against me after all I am his right hand." Ian acted crestfallen as Percival flinched and struggled to control his anger.

"Right hand? Who would make you their right hand?" He laughed getting closer to the shorter boy.

"Oh no one no one at all just the god of wisdom." Ian lied hoping it would surprise them, which it did.

"The god of wisdom? You lie you're just a human." Percival stares him down but Ian would not look away and stared him to silence.

Thank god those acting classes I took came in handy he thought. "Welp we'll never know after all you're the one who summoned me here with merlin's magic right?" Ian asked looking back to Arthur and Percival and was pleased to see their surprise.

"How do you know of Merlin?!" Percival and Arthur exclaimed in surprise.

"Haven't you been listening Sir Percival of the Round table I'm the right hand of Wisdom I know all and will know all there's nothing you can hide from me except that within your mind." Ian laughed keeping his composure against the surprised crowd now gathering around the two. "You summoned me here as a hero to fight for what I'm sure you'll tell me but you needed to test my skills and talents first and I say Sir Percival why not duel me we can use anything on hand and the winner can decide what to do with the loser I mean since you're obviously better you'd have no objection do you Percy?" Ian taunted before turning around hoping he would just cancel he had gone to far and there was no use turning back.

"You're right I am obviously better hero." Percival started. Ian sighed. "Which is why I'll accept and beat you here and now." Percival challenges laughing while drawing his sword.

"Fuck" was all Ian could say he had gotten himself into a sticky situation a very sticky one Indeed.
