22 Leader Albert

Albert leaned back against the railing as he studied the three teens that were going to be under his charge. His eyes first landed on David and the one he was most worried about. His reaction to his joking had been expected but it was a glaring proof that something was very wrong with his head. Albert couldn't blame him as he doubted that one could be the same after one's father died, living without his mother and had a troubled childhood. He just hoped that he could help him with that as now David was his responsibility.

He then looked towards Megan and let his eyes wander across his body but not in a perverted way. He was appraising her to see if she took things seriously or was just another lost case. Seeing the hard and defined muscles of her arms and what he could see of her legs, Albert was sure that Megan was not a pretender and actually took things seriously.

Albert then looked towards Zack to see him grinning as he poked Megan on the ribs, giggling as she squealed every time he did. While his grades were something below average, but the fact that he managed to trick and kill a traitor on his first night of getting his ring was something to admire about. A traitor that was a experienced ring user. Also his student, Zack, was known to have the most active sex life throughout the city was also something that made Albert more than proud.

If he was honest with himself, Albert was excited to teach them and he seriously hoped they passed this test. That, however, didn't mean that he was not going to mess with them for a little while. He just loved being an annoying bastard too much. And he just knew that David was going to be a perfect victim.

"Let's start with introducing ourselves first. I'll start. My name is Albert Francis. I like a lot of things... erm... I dislike a few things too but not as much as I like things. My hobbies are none of your business... oh and my dreams for future are none of your business too!" He told them with a cheery tone and a happy smile directed at them.

David looked at Albert with a scowl as his eyes twitched.

Megan sweat dropped as she smiled nervously. 'The only thing we got was his name.'

Zack laughed as he gave Albert a thumbs up. "I definitely like this guy!"

Albert smirked before he pointed at the scowling David. "You are up, princess."

David scowled as he did his best to ignore Megan's giggling and Zack's snickering at the way Albert called him. "... My name is David. I don't like a lot of things and I dislike a lot of things. Hobbies are a waste of time that could be spent training. And my dream for the future... no... my ambition is kill a certain someone who fooled my father and took his business away from him." Said David darkly, a shadow settling over his eyes.

"Ohhh..." Zack faked a shudder and a fearful expression but he was still grinning. "Scary."

Albert nodded his head. "Cute." He then pointed at Megan. "It's your turn, Pinky."

Megan frowned a little at the way he called her but soon she smiled lightly, her cheeks were a little pink. "My name is Megan. I like reading and sweet foods. I don't like sour food. My hobby is to find ways to incorporate what I read into my training. My dream for the future is to get rid of my shyness for good." She said, blushing red at the end. She smiled when Zack grinned at her and patted her back.

Albert nodded before pointing at the grinning Zack. "And finally, Blue eyes."

"You better think of a more bad-ass nickname for me Mr. Albert." He said with a smirk on his face, getting a dismissive wave from Albert. "Anyways, my name is Zack. I like to fight, to eat pancakes and have sex. I don't like weak people and boring people. My hobby is to go around city fucking any women that is hot and willing. And my dream for the future is to find and fight strongest people. Oh! A side dream of mine is to go to all the cities of different countries and get laid with women from there to see if they are any better than the ones here."

David and Megan blushed when Zack finished his speech and they were too shocked to speak. Albert gave an approving nod and a thumbs up towards him. "A very commendable dream and I will do my best to help you achieve them both. You have my full support, Zack!"

Zack kept his grin. "Nice. So you know, I don't share my women. Problem?"

Albert shrugged. "As long as you leave some for me then it's cool."

"Cool."

Albert clapped his hands to get David and Megan to stop looking with wide eyes and look at him instead. "Since that is out of the way, then is time for me to explain you guys about the test that will really determine if you are cut out to be hold high positions in our country or not." Said Albert with an air of apathy and boredom around him.

Megan frowned in confusion. Her expression was mirrored by David but Zack merely raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean Mr. Albert?" Asked Megan, as an uneasy feeling set on the pit of her stomach.

"I mean exactly that Megan. The test you got at the School was to see who had potential and courage to use the rings and who doesn't. The leaders then give their squads a test to see which ones are really ready to use the power of rings. This test has a succession rate of 20% for each person and the ones that fail are retired from the university permanently. Said Albert seriously as he stared at the three people.

Megan gulped.

Zack grinned.

David got a determined frown on his face. "And what are we waiting for? Let's get this done with already." He said.

Albert shook his head. "Sorry but nope. The test is going to be tomorrow on training ground gamma at eight o'clock in the noon."

"And why can't we have it now? It's still early." Said David with gritted teeth as he glared at Albert as his fist tightened on top of his knees. He was also shaking in his place. Zack wondered if he was really constipated.

Albert shrugged. "I don't feel like it."

David screamed in frustration while Megan sweat dropped. Zack nodded with an accepting expression on his face. "That seems like a very good reason to me." He commented with a shrug of his shoulders.

Albert nodded at him. "Thank you." He then pushed himself to a standing position. "Remember to be on time tomorrow. Oh, and another suggestion, don't have breakfast or you'll puke." Said Albert before he waved at them and disappeared with a cloud of smoke.

David scoffed before standing up and leaving the roof without a word.

Zack looked at Megan with a smirk on his face. "Should I tell him that he definitely needs to eat breakfast as it would be stupid not to eat before doing any kind of strenuous physical activity as our test tomorrow is more likely to be?" He asked her with a curious expression on his face.

"We;;..." Megan started to say with an uneasy expression on her face. "We should tell him as it is the correct thing to do but do you think he will listen to us?"

Zack nodded sagely. "You make the best of sense Megan. That's why I like you so much.:

Megan blushed once again as he complimented her for the umpteenth time that day. He might be a rude and abrasive person, and he might take too seriously having the sex issue, but he was still a very nice person.
