80 Yakushi High Vs. Sensen Academy

A few days later. Yakushi High.
"Haaa", sighed Raichi walking down the hallway alongside Rei.
"It's rare to see you sigh Raichi", said Rei.
"WHO'S FAULT DO YOU THINK IT IS", said Raichi glaring at Rei.
"HAHAHA…don't get mad you needed that practice. We don't want you making the team lose with your suckish defending skills", said Rei mocking him.
Raichi turned silent and groaned in response.
Rei chuckled hearing the groan.
Later in the field.
"Get ready for the match today. We're going to the Stadium", said Raizou.
The team nodded and sat on the bus ready.
The Games are scheduled, today in the stadium.
Seido High Vs. Ouya Metropolitan.
Yakushi High Vs. Sensen Academy.
Yakushi's match was first.
In Yakushi's Bus.
"Wasn't Sensen Academy the school that had players who were rejected from Private baseball High schools?", said Rei.
"Yeah…Yeah".
"Don't you think they will hold a grudge against Rei since he transferred from Seido?".
"I don't think so. Since I'm in Yakushi now", said Rei.
This brought smiles to everyone's faces. "I think so too", they all agreed.
'Well, if they do hold a grudge then they are just childish', thought Rei.
After an Hour, Rei and the Sensen Academy players were lined up across each other.
'Well, I guess I was wrong, and the Sensen Academy players are childish', thought Rei seeing the ace of Sensen Academy, Maki glaring at him.
They bowed to each other and went to their Dugouts.
In Sensen Academy, Dugout.
"The ace, he's the one that transferred from Seido right?", asked Maki.
Yagi nodded. "Don't tell me, Maki you're still holding a grudge against Seido. It doesn't make sense to have a grudge against their ace since he transferred schools already".
Maki didn't hear anything Yagi said.
Yagi sighed seeing Maki's expression.
"I'll win", said Maki.
In Yakushi's Dugout.
"He's totally glaring you down", said Sanada.
"Who?", said Rei.
"That giant", said Sanada.
"OOO, Maki was his name I think", said Rei.
"Anyways, his height is nothing to joke about. This may be disadvantageous to us", said Sanada.
"Have no fear when I'm in this team. I'll take on anyone", said Rei proudly. 'I remember his weaknesses so I'll easily destroy him'.
Sanada sighed.
In the field, The 1st inning started.
Maki pitched and struck out the first 3 batters.
Next, Rei came to pitch and struck out the 3 batters as well not giving a single chance to the batters.
Both teams couldn't score this inning.
Sensen Academy, Dugout.
'Those pitches…I think I know why I wasn't accepted in Seido. Because players like him are eligible to enter', thought Maki sullen.
"Cheer up and move on", said Yagi patting his back.
Maki nodded and fully focused on the match.
During the 2nd inning.
Raichi came to bat.
Yagi decided to walk him.
'Lucky', thought Raichi reaching the 1st base.
Next came Rei and Yagi decided to take him head-on, which was a mistake since Rei hit a home run. Raichi and Rei both went home.
Ryou, Abe, and Yonehara came next and were struck out.
After the change, Rei pitched. Obviously, he struck the next 3 batters out not giving them a chance to hit which frustrated them.
During the 3rd inning.
Akiba reached the 2nd base, Moriyama reached the 3rd base successfully and Masuda reached the 1st base.
'Damn it', thought Maki seeing 3 bases full. Usually, his height would make a difference in the team's play, but it wasn't affecting this match whatsoever.
Mishima was struck out next.
Raichi came next and hit a home run. "HAHAHAHAHA…" laughed Raichi running all the bases. Akiba, Moriyama and Masuda went home.
Rei came to bat next and was walked to the 1st base.
Ryou and Abe came next and were struck out.
After the change, Rei struck the next 3 batters out. To be honest, at this point, Rei was disappointed in Sensen's offense.
During the 4th inning.
Yonehara and Moriyama came to bat and were struck out.
Akiba made it to the 2nd base and Masuda made it to the 1st base.
Mishima came next and the pitch went flying out the fence. Akiba and Masuda made it home.
Raichi came next and was surprisingly struck out since he made a stupid mistake. Which was a relief to Sensen since they were getting pressured.
After the change, Rei came to the mound.
In Sensen Academy's Dugout.
"Damn it. Damn it", cursed Maki seeing Rei come to the mound.
"Can't they send someone else? We already have a big difference between us", said Yagi.
Back in the field.
As usual, Rei struck all 3 batters out. The players couldn't even hit a foul off of him which is even more disappointing.
During the 5th inning.
Rei came to bat and hit a home run on the 3rd pitch.
Ryou came to bat next and was walked. 'What a great feeling getting walked. This means they are threatened by me'.
Maki and Yagi weren't taking more chances.
Abe came to bat and safely made it to the base. Which he celebrated arriving on the base.
Yonehara, Moriyama, and Akiba were struck out.
After the change, Rei came to the mound and struck out all the 3 batters.
Sensen couldn't score again this inning.
In Sensen Academy's, Dugout.
"H-how strong is he…we even brought out our pinch hitter and yet there are no results", said Maki.
At this moment, the whole team was depressed and cursed their fortune for being paired against Yakushi for the quarterfinals.
"Yakushi is dominating Sensen Academy. Rei the ace isn't giving them a chance to score. Which trust me is unbelievably frustrating for the opponents", said the announcer.

"WAAA…That pitcher is awesome. I want to be friends with him. Should I ask for his LINE number?", said Amahisa in the audience.
"Stop it. There are our next opponents", said Akito.
"Soka…wakata", said Amahisa.
In Yakushi's Locker Room.
"I've never had this much fun playing a match before", said Raichi.
"I agree", said Yuu.
"It's because we won while dominating the team", said Rei proudly.
"For some reason, I get pissed seeing that proud face", said Sanada.
"Me too", said Yuu.
