78 Yakushi High Vs. Akikawa Academy 2
In Yakushi's Dugout.
"Since Raichi hit a home run, you go hit one as well", said Raizou enthusiastically.
Ignoring Raizou, Rei walked to the batter's box ready.
In the Field.
Standing in the batter's box, Rei smirked at Shun trying to provoke him.
Unfortunately, Shun didn't fall for it and ignored the provocation. 'Don't think that because of that obvious provocation I'll lose my control. I'll show you how much of a threat I can be?'.
Taking his pitching position, Shun threw his pitch.
Before he even knew it, he saw the ball flying towards the left-field fence.
Shun stiffened standing at the mound shocked.
Rei smirked again as he ran to the bases and this time Shun was pissed.
"YAKUSHI DID IT AGAIN!!".
"THE HOMERUN DUOS! RAICHI AND REI!!".
Exclaimed the fans in the audience.
In Yakushi's Dugout.
As soon as Rei entered the dugout he was bombarded with praises and hugs.
"Haha...", said Rei laughing as he received everyone's hugs.
"What's with that girly laugh?", said Sanada.
"Don't make fun of Rei's laugh, Sanada-senpai!!", said Kazuma.
"I was going to hug him but forget it", said Sanada going back to his seat and leaving Rei stranded.
"WHERE THE HEL-…Rei it's ok I'll hug you instead", said Kazuma as he hugged Rei.
Rei patted Kazuma's back stiffly.
"What are you guys doing?", questioned Raichi seeing this.
Kazuma hurriedly left the hug and went back to his seat, leaving Rei confused.
"Ryou, it's your turn", said Raizou.
"HAII", said Ryou as he went to the batter's box.
Back in the field.
Ryou was struck out.
After him. Abe and Yonehara followed, Abe successfully made it to the 2nd base while Yonehara made it to the 1st base.
Moriyama came next and was struck out.
Akiba made it to the 1st base, Abe made it to the 3rd, and Yonehara made it to the 2nd.
Masuda came to bat and was struck out.
Mishima came to bat next,
"ONE MORE OUT!!", yelled the Akikawa players since they knew how stressful this situation is for Shun.
"HIT IT!!", yelled Raizou from Yakushi's Dugout.
Shun pitched and Mishima hit the ball straight to the middle field on his 2nd pitch.
As soon as the ball was hit, the Akikawa player's moods soured, and their hope was destroyed.
'It's only the 2nd inning but what's with the mood, guys', thought Ozaka.
Abe made it home while Akiba made it to the 2nd base and Yonehara made it to the 3rd base.
'Shit', thought Shun knowing who was coming to bat next.
The catcher, Sekiguchi, 'This situation is already tense enough. I don't need Raichi pressuring Shun even more. Let's walk him'. He signaled to Shun.
Shun shook his head wanting to face Raichi head-on.
Sekiguchi sighed at his stubbornness.
Shun pitched to Raichi and immediately regretted his decision as he saw Raichi hit a home run.
On the mound, Shun lowered his hat while Raichi touched all the bases.
Yonehara and Akiba made it home.
Next came Rei and as you know he hit a home run.
Akikawa Academy was getting destroyed.
On the mound. 'JUST ONE MORE OUT', Shun kept repeating this phrase in his mind.
Ryou came to bat next and was struck out.
Finally, the 2nd inning ended.
Akikawa Academy's Dugout was devastated and heartbroken in the 2nd inning. Some players even started to shed tears because they knew it was hard to make a comeback from here.

"It's alright guys, we can still make a comeback", said Ozaka trying to cheer up his players.
"WHY ARE YOU LYING?"
"NO ONE CAN MAKE A COMEBACK FROM THAT SCORE"
"Why are you guys acting like brats, just accept it and move on. Even though I think it's hopeless as well with our team conditions to stage a comeback", muttered Shun as he was fed up with the arguing.
Back in the field. The match continued and as Akikawa players expected they were dominated.
3-4 inning, Yakushi scored 4 more runs. Since Rei and Raichi kept hitting homeruns.
In the 5th inning, Rei was switched for Mishima. Because of that Akikawa was able to score a run unfortunately it was too late to hope for a comeback since the game was called.

Back in the Field.
Yakushi's team celebrated by holding up Rei and throwing him in the air a few times.
"STOOOOOPPPPP…. STTOOPPP" screamed Rei as he was scared of being thrown and couldn't rely on these muscleheads to catch him properly.
"HAHAHAHA….my stomach hurts…", muttered Sanada witnessing the ridiculous scene and finding out about Rei's weakness.
Rei coughed aggressively after his feet safely landed on the floor. He glared at everyone while they chuckled.
On Akikawa Academy's side, all players sobbed and were a mess.
"LINE UP!!", yelled the umpire.
Both teams lined up.
"BOW!!", said the umpire.
Both teams bowed to each other.
After a few minutes, both teams dispersed.
"Good pitching", said Rei tapping Shun's shoulder.
Shun scoffed at him thinking he was being mocked.
"I'm serious. Your control is awesome. Maybe we can hang out someday", said Rei as he walked back to his team.
Shun smiled underneath his cap, 'Rei…you're the type of player I came to play in Japan. I couldn't beat you even though I tried my best. I hope we see each other again'.
Outside the Stadium.
"Did you hear, Yakushi won the match against the 'Clockwork', dude?", said Ryota.
Kaneda nodded.
Miyuki grinned as he overheard the news. "GET READY IT'S TIME FOR OUR MATCH".
Everyone nodded excitedly to play.
Next match, Seido High Vs. Ugamori High.
Outside Yakushi's Bus.
"Do you want to go watch Seido's match next?", asked Rei suddenly.
"WHY?", questioned Sanada.
"Obviously, I'm curious what changes they have made since I'm not on the team anymore", said Rei.
"OOO, K. Let's go", said Sanada since he was also curious.
"I'll go with you guys!", said Raichi and Kazuma together.
"Sure", said Rei.
All 4 of them put their stuff on the bus and went to watch Seido's match.
