As I called her out, her body jolted as Dr Kouzaki quickly turned her head to see who it was, clearly shocked by seeing me here.
"What are you doing here?!" she exclaimed.
"I saw you struggling from the rooftop and thought you might need assistance in this battle," I replied.
I suddenly felt the strangle of hands on both of me and looked over in shock was two soldiers coated in armour grabbing both of my arms
"Take him away!" One of the high officers in the room said
They gave an affirmative response, but I wasn't about to go quietly.
"Wait! Please listen to me first!" I tried to shake them off but they were too strong
"Wait," she signaled, and the soldier who had been trying to pull me away abruptly halted and released their grasp on my arms. "You have five minutes to explain why you're here."
I breathed a sigh of relief before turning to Dr. Kouzaki, who had intervened, though she appeared impatient.
"Dr. Kouzaki, you need to understand that I was not truthful when I was alone"
"Go on"
I knew I had to fabricate a story to gain her trust. "I wasn't alone; I was with other people."
Her agitation was palpable as she asked, "And what does that have to do with us?"
Taking a deep breath, I realized I had only one chance to convince her. "There's another aircraft that can come to your assistance, with enough firepower to turn the tide of this battle."
"Another one...? You mean the same aircraft you used back at Sadogashima?" I nodded hesitantly. Dr. Kouzaki continued, "But what's the catch?"
I noted her interest in my offer. If she was willing to listen, it indicated she might be desperate enough to consider it which is good news for me
"Nothing, as long as you grant me permission for the reinforcement," I added, avoiding direct eye contact. "Besides... I don't plan on meeting my end at this base just yet."
She took a moment to contemplate, her fingers lightly touching her chin, and then refocused her attention on me. "Alright, I'll give my permission."
A sense of relief washed over me, and I couldn't help but brighten. "Really-"
However, she quickly seized my shoulder and locked her gaze with mine. Her voice turned stern. "But!" Her voice was firm. "I don't care who you were with before, but you are now under our command. You must follow our orders, do you understand?"
I nodded hesitantly, and she released her grip on my shoulder. "U-understood, my force will be temporary under your command." I replied before turning my attention back to the enormous screen at the center of the room "What's the situation right now?"
While Dr Kouzaki explained the situation I decided to begin the purchase
The X-02 Strike Wyvern and Trigger 1 which cost around $3,802,000
The leftover now is around $690,000 which I use to upgrade the aircraft a lot with parts to increase the mobility, Pulse laser Radar Lock System, Greatly enhance the acceleration and deceleration, Improve ammo, and so on.
And yes I decided to hire Trigger AKA the three strikes. The reason I chose him was that his price was reasonable and also great at handling High Tech Aircraft.
Also, he is level around 81 with a massive trait that I am beyond shocked.

From what I can get from the gits of information on each character trait, Each time a character levels up by 10 they receive a trait based on history, battle, aircraft, and war they have been in their lifetime.
And from this Trait alone I can tell Trigger is one of the most powerful pilots in Ace Combat Universe with various traits that suit him and his skills in battle and the history he has been into.
But he is Kind of expensive though. But his trait makes it worth it.
After purchasing both pilot and aircraft, there was a notice on my bottom right screen and saw it said [Succefuly purchase]. And my money went back to a small amount, there goes my hard-earned money.
I looked around the system before heading to the [Inventory] to see that both my pilot and aircraft were there. Trigger and the X-02 Wvyren are right next to each other.
I looked at the right side of the inventory saying [DEPLOYED], so I dragged the aircraft not before putting the pilot Aka Trigger inside and deployed it.
...That should be done. Maybe.
I had no idea if it would even work. Perhaps I should just wait until he arrives.
Just as I contemplated waiting, one of the Communication Officers spoke up loudly, "Sir, we've received an unknown transmission. It's on none of the UN or any familiar frequencies."
Dr. Kouzaki reached for the nearby microphone and appeared to have a conversation with someone on it.
A few seconds later, Dr. Kouzaki handed me the microphone and said, "Someone is trying to speak with you."
After receiving the microphone, I tapped it a few times to test it and then inquired, "This is Renald. Who am I speaking to?"
There was a bit of silence on the radio until a voice came "Am I speaking to Captain Renald...?"
The static in the voice made me somewhat wary, and I couldn't help but feel suspicious about the caller's identity. I replied, "Yes, I am Renald. Who is this?"
The voice on the other end confirmed, "This is Trigger. I was deployed by your orders, but I haven't received any information about my mission. I'm awaiting your orders, Captain."
...Wait so this voice was Trigger itself?

...HE HAVE SPOKEN
For the first time in the history of Ace Combat, our main character has spoken!
Sound the alarm! A mute character finaly has the ability to speak!
Just kidding, but man it's kind of hard to tell what kind of guy he is since his voice is kind of static, Like it was purposely in order to mask its voice. But I can at least tell that he could be around my age.
After considering my next move carefully, I responded, "Where are you located right now, Trigger?"
Trigger replied but with a bit more detail "I'm approximately 2 kilometers up in the air, with an altitude of 3,000 feet, Captain. I should reach your location in about 1 minute and 30 seconds, coming in from the southwest, over."
A lot faster than expected
But I did upgrade its aircraft capabilities from its ammo, maneuverability, speed, and extra Special weapon type on the aircraft to make up for the lack of AOE damage.

Got Damn... I think I overdid the weapon a little too much.
"What's the force consist of?" I heard a voice.
This deep voice... I glance at the source of the sound and see the familiar Character With its gray hair and mustache. And it is none other than Base Commander Radhabinod.
"Only one, but I think it's going to be enough for the air support you guys needed," I replied
General Radhabinod seems interested as he continues the speech "Is it the similar fighter that you used back at Sadogashima?"
I bring my hand to my chin and make a thoughtful expression "..Uh similar but 2-3 times more powerful than my aircraft back at Sadogashima."
Both Dr. Kouzaki and General Radhabinod look upon me in shock before they recover I continue my speech.
"It's called Experimental X-02 Strike Wyvern"
"Experimental X-02 Strike Wyvern?" Dr. Kouzaki Said intrigued by what she was hearing "I thought you said your aircraft were gifted"
"It did on the first time"I shrug "The rest I have to purchase with my own pocket money which is... not cheep either"
"Oh... so you manage to bough it, but from who?"
Ahh fuck I let out too much. "Can we please focus on the battlefield? I think the battle is a need of our attention."
She let out a soft giggle "Of course, since we have so much to talk about once this battle is over"
Got dammit, she is not gonna let go of this one, is she? But our talk was quickly cut off by the loud noise from the Communication officer.
"Enemies have reached runway No. 2!" "A-01 have engaged!"

Shirogane activated the thruster to full throttle and swung his sword around the Fort Class's neck, blood sprayed out and the Fort Class fell down to the ground. Alongside his teammate, they mowed down several Fort Class enemies,
He looks around the battlefield.
The once lively base has been engulfed in flame as artillery already started its barrage upon the wave of BETA before we fight approaching the gate that we were supposed to protect.
Only to witness ten more replace the BETA horde.
Relentlessly, we had no choice but to continue their battle.

Nearby allies noticed the Valkyries Squadron entering their firing range, prompting warnings from one of the Battalion TSF leaders.
<<Rapier 1 to all units! The Valkyries are coming back us up! Make sure you don't hit them by mistake!>> The Leader of Rapier squadron said.
<<Don't worry about us! we will avoid your line of fire so just keep shooting!>> Shirogane assured

As they rushed towards another Fort Class, a sudden blur zipped past them, causing many of the BETA units including the Fort Class to drop to the ground. When they had a clear view, they realized it was the Royal Guard, led by Lieutenant Tsukoyami herself.
Her image appeared on their screens, a smug grin on her face. <<I apologize for stealing your thunder!>>
Shirogane couldn't help but smirk. <<Hey, there's plenty of glory to go around today!>>
Lieutenant Tsukoyami chuckled. <<You have a much smarter mouth on you now, I see!>>
Pulling his gun out he sprays gunshots around the battlefield, killing numerous tank class and Grapprel class in the area.
It was a hard choice of either having enough ammo to kill these BETA, or the BETA overwhelming us with pure numbers.
As they were about to continue their rampage of killing the BETA they suddenly stopped when [Warning] began to blare inside their cockpit. And a loud scream echoed from the comms
<<H-Help! We are surrounded by Tank Class and in need of assistance!>>
He looked over the map when he saw one of the allies TSF surrounded by BETA, as a sea of red dots all around them. And the said red dots are slowly closing on the allied force.
He let out 'cih' sound before ordering <<guys let's go save->>
He was not able to react when suddenly from the map the numerous BETA around the trap allied showed was [Dead] by him blinking his eyes.
He thought he was seeing things, maybe even a bug. When suddenly a loud boom of explosion happened in the distance. He looks over and sees a huge fire breaking in various places on the battlefield.
Shirogane still confused about what just happened, just happened to notice now that the BETA around him was all... killed.
<<Valkries Squadron air support has arrived! I repeat>>
Suddenly the whole battlefield almost felt like silence. Only the sound of a Jet Fighter flying above the dark skies and the distant sound of the electricity followed suit by bright blue light was heard from the ground.
