CHAPTER ONE- *SECOND SEMESTER*

Page 1- _Revived NOT Reborn_

'So will she be ok?". 'Don't worry, you have nothing to fear. All she needs is a measly bit of rest and she'll be up in a few minutes."

Familiarly mysterious voices echoed in Rintaro Haruno's ears. 'Where am i?, am i alive?," thoughts savaged her perplexed mind, all meager of positivity. An attempt at gazing and all she could see was her mind fogged with darkness.

Channeled within a veil of silence, her motionless cheeks felt seeping tears, journeying down to long straight golden hair. Clogging bewilderment cursed the clueless girl, blasting countless questions void of anyone to answer. 'I want to see him one more time, even if i can't be wi....," her head heated up, forking the yearning of a desirous heart.

First blew a far fetched cool breeze, propelled downward and pleasantly stroking her hair. Enticed by curiousity, half shut lids slowly opened, stranding a pretty face with grandly widened eyes. A small squeak burst out her parched lips, fairly intended to be a scream, yet buried under a pile of budding conditions. Exhaustion, hunger, sadness, confusion, each momentary beast landed a hit to _little miss genius'_ fatigued body, simultaneous with a yelp of aghast.

The empty room furnished with a single patient's bed, loosely hung under a thick blanket of quietness. That is until the dumbfounded girl screamed for her life, before palling with mere lilting barks. 'Rin you're awake!," yelled a familiar voice. She pushed back a little, negotiating her whole body with a pair of two weak elbows. Gently, she sat up the bed, small groans tamed as escapees of a vacant stomach. Upon lifting an empty head for a survey, her dull eyes stumbled upon the grinning yap of a tear-soiled face.

Rintarõ.... _Takashi!?_

Revelling in suffocating ecstasy, a dignified scream shot out her mouth, inevitable from the excitedly throbbing heart. Smooth small feet slid down the well made sheets, settling a jump into her brothers' arms. Though stunned and ready to blast a series of questions, a savory dance of felicity and heartfelt warmth chanced position.

Brown brows caressing his golden iris, water sparkled from within Takashi's lids. Thanks to pool drops dangling from his glimmering face, the thirty-one year old appeared rather cute to his usual demeanor.

Often he had been named "handsome devil", but wrapped in the fleeting moment, his glare exiled a messy Rintaro to the world of giggles. She found herself barely standing up, still bathing in bubbly laughter.

Settling past the sentimental bliss, an air-tight atmosphere enveloped the room. Two enraged siblings exchanged sharp looks, piercing words spoken from quiet stiff faces. Haruno steered clear of her cajoling impulses, aware of the tranquility-hankering area, swarming with bedridden patients. Instead, she broached a less brawl-prone concerning topic. As would anyone, her brother couldn't agree more, releasing a short subtle sigh.

Rintarõ.... _So, care to explain what i'm doing here?_

The young man came off a tad surprised , staggering back before snatching a balanced stance. His nose twitched, eyes blinking a trifle, sunken in disbelief.

Takashi.... _Don't you remember me bringing you here?_

Rintarõ.... _What!?, no, of course not!._

Swinging his head to a shake, bangs of fine shimmering brown hair flew to the back. His face heaped on a creased blowout , frown muscles working up a squinted stare.

Devastating thoughts flooded her chaotic mind, tragedy-born and distant from comforting. Angling for a smile, she collided with his tightened unnerving face. Rumpus aches upstairs, her mind strode amok, banishing a frail pounding heart to shudder.
