Ann felt very relaxed and happy, thinking Grace had forgotten all about the workout as they prepared to leave the office that evening. She seriously hated exercise of any kind and wished she could just eat everything she wanted without fear of weight gain.

"Why don't we stop over at the hotel before you head home?" Grace suddenly asked when they got to the parking lot.

Ann had thought nothing of it and had assumed that Grace probably just wanted to spend more time with her since Brad had just announced they were leaving in two days.

Her joy of skipping the workout had been quickly dispelled when Grace tossed her a tank top and leggings the moment they walked through the door of her hotel room.

"Change into that!" Grace ordered before dropping a pair of sneakers on the floor as well.

"What for?" Ann asked in alarm, even though she very well understood what was going on.
