Tae-Joon couldn't remember the last time he had done things he wanted to, the way he wanted them. He couldn't even remember having any such desires to do anything anymore. His whole mind had been channeled towards making the old man happy, and he was beginning to realize how miserable his life was. He wasn't passionate about anything and was merely living like a robot. 

He could understand why his life was that way to a certain extent. His adopted parents had been involved in an accident just three years after his adoption, and then he had moved in with his grandfather.
