"Me? Ann was in love with me? Nah! I don't think so. She looks at me like... like... I'm filth," Tae-Joon said with a scoff when he found the right word to describe it. He could also remember what Brad had said Ann had told him the first time they met. He had said she had called him boring.

"You never thought she was probably just doing that to hide her true feelings about you?" Ann asked curiously. 

"Not at all. You can tell when a person really doesn't like you or care about you. And then I assumed it was probably because I hit her with my car..."

"You hit her with your car?" Ann asked in surprise, interrupting Tae-Joon.
