"How is she doing?" Chairman Wang asked Tae-Joon the moment he walked through the door.

Tae-Joon, who had been thinking about his entire conversation with Grace at the hospital, looked at his grandfather wearily, knowing fully well that the old man was going to be really pissed at him if he told him Grace had once again lost her memory.

"She is okay, just suffering from minor amnesia," Tae-Joon said, trying to downplay how serious the situation truly was, as he took off his shoes and put on the in-house slippers that were by the door. 

"She doesn't remember you, does she?" His grandfather asked, looking at him with an emotionless face. 

"She will," Tae-Joon promised his grandfather. He was now standing by the base of the staircase, waiting to see his grandfather's reaction and for him to finish so he could go to his room.
