"Can you just calm down? You are going to meet with your family, not a firing squad," Brad told Grace with a sigh when he noticed the way she kept wiping her sweaty palm on the Corporate gown she was wearing as they stepped out of the plane.

They had just gotten off the plane and were headed towards the waiting area of the airport. Knowing who his grandmother was and also keeping in mind the kind of person Grace was, he had deliberately given his grandmother the wrong time of arrival. He didn't want her coming over to the airport with the entire members of the community to give Grace a 'befitting' welcome. He was sure Grace would freak out if something like that were to happen.

Seeing her behavior now, he was glad to know he had been right to have invited only his best friend, Conner, to receive them at the airport.
