1 Chapter 1

This winter marked another contract filled with coldness, and Deng Lido had already spent seven years in this world. While sporadic superheroes existed in this Marvel movie universe, there had been no major changes. After examining materials from the previous World War II and current news, Deng Lido discovered that this was another parallel Marvel movie world.

In this world, there were superheroes and supervillains, but it differed somewhat from the regular Marvel movies, indicating another parallel dimension within the Marvel movie universe. Notably, there was no information about mutants here. As far as Deng Lido knew, the distinction between the mutant world and the superhero world in the Marvel movie universe was not significant.

Upon reflection, Deng Lido realized that the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry system he possessed bore some resemblance to the Mutant School, albeit with more peculiarities. Having acquired the Hogwarts system five years ago, he made several alterations to Hogwarts and gained a deeper understanding of the school.

In essence, the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in this world was a new iteration based on the familiar Hogwarts Deng Lido knew. The first half of the year was dedicated to preparing for the smooth operation of Hogwarts, ensuring the supply of ingredients, improving student living conditions, and managing daily necessities and school supplies.

Every six months, Deng Lido personally conducted a large-scale recruitment process and handled many operational matters at Hogwarts. This was partly due to his familiarity with the system and the exclusive knowledge he possessed regarding magic and Hogwarts construction. No one else could replace him in this regard.

While it was challenging to convince technology-reliant individuals that a fantasy world truly existed, the constant exposure to extraordinary technologies and mythical phenomena shattered their worldview repeatedly. Many brilliant minds began contemplating the existence of an invisible door within the abandoned train station in Hell's Kitchen, leading to a vast and magical world.

During winter and summer breaks, the magic apprentices enjoyed vacations while Deng Lido organized the enrollment process. Before enrolling students this year, he had to spend ten or twenty minutes of his spare time revising the school rules of Hogwarts—the hidden world within this reality.

Due to the lengthy history of the original school rules, students had discovered numerous loopholes, leading to confrontations between students and teachers. The new school rules, which Deng Lido was about to implement, aimed to address these issues. They were simpler and easier to understand than the voluminous old rules, outlining the regulations students must abide by within the school premises. This revision aimed to prevent complaints from students about memorizing extensive rulebooks.

However, these new rules were more direct, prominently stating that "The principal's order is greater than the school rules." This clause surpassed all other regulations, leaving students without a yardstick to measure the principal's actions. Deng Lido made it clear that there was no other way for students to protect their rights when the principal behaved irregularly.

The simplified and straightforward school rules served as a guide for students, allowing them to grasp what was expected of them. In the secret parallel world, the principal possessed the authority to revoke students' magical privileges and controlled who could access Platform Nine and Three-Quarters at the abandoned train station in Hell's Kitchen. The laws of the outside world held no sway in that parallel realm, without a Ministry of Magic or competition from the other three major magical schools.

Despite these circumstances, Principal Deng Lido did not arrogantly claim his words as absolute law or declare himself the main deity of the Hogwarts world. Instead, he discreetly included the clause in the school regulations. Of course, the first lesson for students was to memorize the school rules. Imagining the resounding phrase "The principal's order is greater than the school rules" echoing throughout the entire campus was rather dramatic.

Similar to the original "Harry Potter" series, Hogwarts had many incredible rules. For instance, students were forbidden from browsing dark arts books in the restricted section of the library. Additionally, being late due to the moving stairs within the school was considered the student's misfortune.

Over the past four and a half years, Hogwarts had welcomed over a thousand magic students. However, Deng Lido had streamlined the necessary living and learning environments, eliminating moving stairs, the Whomping Willow, and personalized room requests. Now that the school was on the right track, it was time to infuse some novelty into the system; otherwise, Hogwarts would remain stagnant.

It was worth mentioning that within the system, ghosts and vivid paintings served as mere decorations. Deng Lido couldn't fathom why anyone would use ghosts as ornaments. Regardless of the old or new school rules, students were strictly prohibited from entering the Forbidden Forest, fueling their whimsical curiosity about what wonders lay within. However, except for trees, the forest contained nothing else.

With the school operations underway, it was time for Dumbledore to introduce some spiders, unicorns, and centaurs, allowing the students to experience the thrill of wandering through the woods of Hogwarts and having fun.
