"Alee! Alee! Wake up. Hey Alee, aake up!" Altair shouted while shaking the unconscious woman.

"I'm really sorry Alee. I accidentally formed into my true form and couldn't control my emotions. Uhm… We sort of hurt your friends… But I swear it was an accident!" yelled Altair defensively.

All Alyxia can do is to smile. Tired and hurt as she is, she stood from her bed letting out groans. "You must be hurt, Altair. You need to rest. I'll take care of Reign and Clair. Don't worry about them. I swear they'll forgive us. They're my friends" she stated without removing her forced smile.

"But Alee. You didn't do anything wrong! It was an accident! They should blame me instead!" Altair yelled out, tears flowing from his Bright red eyes.

Kind hearted as she is, Alyxia approached him despite of the pain she's feeling and gently patted his head. "There there, everything will be ok. I'll deal with them. I'm sure they'll forgive us" Alyxia said gently behind the fear within her.

He then started to calm down, by the mood Alyxia's giving to him. Suddenly loud knocks can be heard from the door. "Come in" replied by Alyxia as she opened the door.

"Alyxia White, right?" said by a woman around thirties.

"Yes, is there something I can do with you?" she replied formally as she can sense trouble and worrisome within this woman.

"I am the school's director of the law office, lady Miciana. You are hereby declare to be brought to the court for trial" she answered dead tone. Shock can be read all over Alyxia's face.

"Excuse ma'a---"

"Lady"

"Excuse me lady Miciana, you must be mistaken. I do know I had done against the school's rules, but isn't this a bit too exaggerating? Why do I have to go to the court?"

"Do you know how many offenses you made, miss White?" sarcasm can be heard by her words.

"Actually no---"

"That's why you don't have any rights to question the school's rules and laws. To make this situation clear and peaceful, may I ask you to come with me to the court and talk this out with the judge. You may have your desired lawyer, to help you with your case" she said and flicked her fingers and a floating piece of paper and a pen appeared before Alyxia.

"Please sign those papers, so we can get these done" Miciana added.

"Alee! I'm really sorry. Now you have to deal with this issue to the court. I'm coming with you, Alee---"

"Forgiveness, lord Altair. I believe it is time for you to be brought to the demon mansion, where lord Stefan was. He do mentioned that you'll receive punishments from him for breaking some of the school's rules. One of them is not being able to be with miss White ever again---"

"What the hell! What do you geezers want from us!? Why can't I be with her?! She is special to me and you can't part us!" once again, the cute tone of his turned to a demonic one that gave chills to Alyxia. It was his true form. A demon within him has once again took over himself. The lively bright eyes turned to a dead dark red orbs. Horns grew from his head and tail of a demon was found. The cute little dumpling has turned into a demon everyone feared.

"Altair… no…" Alyxia gasped while covering her mouth, trying not to cry.

"Alee? No… no… No Alee… it's me. Altair." Altair said as he hid his form and slowly approached her.

"So this is your form…" she said head down.

"I'm sorry Alee for all I've done. I think it should be best to agree and follow what they want. I'll go to Stefan now. Please take care" child Altair said tears continued flowing and teleported to his destination.

"Hmp. I assume you don't truly know what a demon's true form is. It is really shocking but I bet you'll get used to it. So may I asked for the nth time to come with me to the court?" Miciana said, less formal.

"Yes…" Alyxia groaned by the pain she's enduring.

"Thank you very much"

"this is the Acability court. Most issues are fixed here. In terms of justice and rightfulness, Acability is best known for maintaining that. It is truly important to us to have justice. And recently a concerned student approached us and reported the ruckus you have brought to this school. As punishment for you bringing disturbance to the school's peace, we ordered you suspension for a week. But to prove what your mistakes and misdoings, you'll be experiencing s trial, miss White. So please enter this office to choose your desired lawyer" Miciana explained and showed the lawyer office.

"Thank you very much, lady Miciana. I know I've caused trouble and probably took a lot of your time. But I ask forgiveness" Alyxia said bow downd and hurriedly run towards the office.

"I know that I'm still new to this place yet I already caused so much trouble. I wish the lawyer I can find can clear my name" Alyxia said to herself worriedly and gently opened the doors.

"Good day, miss White. I believe that you need my help at this kind of case. I can offer your help with only a few Bility points" one lawyer said. By Bility, he do mean that Bility points is very important to a student who's studying at Acability School. You can gain such points when you do well in class, learn new spells and control your ability well, and winning such events and programs by the school. As for now, Alyxia gained a hundred Bility points when she did her first task successfully.

"How much do you need?" Alyxia said worriedly.

"Only a hundred---"

"Hundred? I do have such amount. Please be my lawyer!" she begged.

"Ahem. Pardon, please let me finish my words first. I do need a hundred thousand Bility points, miss. No lawyer would accept such small amount" the lawyer laughed.

"Darn, what am I going to do? With this… I'll probably loose and face my punishments---"

"giving up already? Tsk" said by a voice from behind.

(I'll be updating every sunday, Wednesday and Friday starting today. I'm truly sorry for not updating this past few months :< I had some matters to deal with and had no time to write. Then I remembered that I had this story and decided to continue this. Well I was shocked that it has already more than 3k views and I'm glad 'bout it. I very much appreciate your time for reading this random story. Apologies for my typographical and grammatical errors, I'm still a student and have pretty much more to learn in terms of spelling of vocabulary, grammar and a proper way to construct a great story.
