24 The Dogs of War

-Arthur's POV-

-10 Minutes Earlier-

"You see that car over there, That's them right there waiting for us."

Takashi-nii and I are doing recon in locating our would be attacker, the rest of the group hid at a safe location while they wait for us. Once found, we quickly return to the group to carry out the next stage of the plan.

"So how we're looking?"

Saya-nee pushes her glasses back while asking.

"Well we go as plan, Mari-nee and Chiaki-san will get a car that will fit all of you, the van behind you will be perfect because I checked it out earlier the key is still in the ignition but the battery is probably dead by now. So Takashi-nii and Rei-nee will find a battery that fits it."

Saeko-nee then came forward looking distraught. Her eyes are fill with resolution

"You sure you don't need any backup?"

...Her love for me is genuine huh...when was the last time I felt such love from another person. I turn to face her and hook my head denying her wish.

"No it's better this way, I need you to proved cover for them along with Hirano-san."

She stare at me for a few minutes before nodding her head reluctantly.

"Okay with that, I'll go on ahead."

I said it with a smile causing the others to feel sad....right I should say something.

"It'll be a short separation, I'll meet up with you guys again back at her place."

I point at Saya-nee while smiling. Takashi-nii laughs and soon the rest follow suit.

"You bet, I'll give you a tour of my place when you arrive. Then we'll take a bath together."

She starts hugging herself laughing creepily and squirming...probably thinking perverted things. Alice clenched her teeth and ran forward hugging me tightly.

"Alice..?"

"I don't want you to go! I don't want to lose you like dad! Didn't you said you would stay by my side forever."

She cries on my chest, Zeke merely looks at me with sadness in his eyes...huh..didn't you hate me?...I gently pat her head and wipe away her tears....what would my sister do in this situation?...I tried to recall by my memories...but I can't seem to find any...Sigh fuck it.

I kissed Alice's forehead and smile causing her face to be red.

"My dear little sister should listen to her big brother, I'll only pamper you will you listen to me...so will you listen to me?"

Alice was is still in a state of daze from the kiss...she merely nods and quickly return to Mari-nee side causing Mari-nee to hugs her tightly. Saeko-nee seeing this smiles and chuckles lightly.

"My, my, you're a natural Casanova it seems...is that how you tempt me as well I wonder?"

"What to you mean by that?"

"Nothing."

I sigh in resignation. Anyways...it's time to greet our guest.

-NOW-

"I can save a life....and I can easily take it. You tried to kill my friends, now that you know I can heal wounds...so tell me, what do you think is going happen next? Would I let you die that easy? No...now I'm gonna to torture you and your friends so you would give me all the information that I need then I'll heal you and continue the process until all of you break before me...and after I break you...you'll live for my sake and die for my sake...like a good dog."

I look down at her while smiling arrogantly, I know I'm not that familiar with the Resident Evil franchise. But I do know how dangerous Umbrella Corporation can be...I'm mean after all they created the T-Virus that plagued Raccoon City....but the real question is what virus is currently infecting the people.

I kick the woman in the face as she scowled at me and stomp her head.

"Talk or I'll crush your skull.....but it's best if you just submit Umbrella doesn't care about you. You're all expandable."

Seeing that she refuse to talk I increase the pressure on my foot she struggles to escape but it was to no avail.

'Solomon...I know the reason we're aren't killing them is because we need to know more about the virus....do you have any solution for this?..a truth serum or something?'

<Well we wouldn't want to make this easy now would we...we need the virus Arthur...think about it, with that virus we can use it on yourself to improve your current body.>

'Isn't it dangerous?'

<High risk...high rewards.>

'Sigh...you better be right with this..because I reaaaaaaalllly wanted to kill them.'

<Hey I do too! but we have to be smart. The Elders aren't that dumb they'll soon find out about your powers I gave to you...so it's best to be prepared.>

I look down and see her hitting my leg, trying to break it....but I increase the pressure even more causing her to scream slightly.

"Alright! Alright! I give!"

[Hidden Quest Complete: Defeat the Wolfpack and made them submit.]

I slowly release my foot from her face. She slowly sit down rubbing her head, she remove her mask to reveal a beautiful face.

"I'll talk but heal my team first."

"And what makes you think I would do that, Will you attack me after I heal team?"

She then starts laughing while looking at me.

"Even if we attack you I doubt we could lay a finger on you."

My smile turn evil causing her to shiver. Smart woman, I can definitely use her.

"Crazy Diamond."

Crazy Diamond manifest itself and proceed to heal the others. Crazy Diamond's ability is to perform restoration be it objects or organism. Basically I can heal damages back to its original state, I can't however restore the dead at the living as I am incapable of manipulating souls.

The virus/illnesses are a different story entirely, I can't manipulate them as Crazy Diamond don't consider them physically damage.

The woman before me see her team slowly recover, the large man was the worse in terms of injury. When he regain conscious, he was puzzle as to what had happen...upon seeing me he quickly runs for his gun. The woman scream for him to stop ordering him to stand down.

After a few minutes the Wolfpack stood in front of me.

"So talk."

I said with a cold voice. Each of them introduce themselves.

"I am called Lupo, team leader for the U.S.S. Delta Team. Otherwise known as Wolfpack."

"Beltway, demolition expert."

"Four Eyes....field scientist."

"Bertha, medic."

"Specter. Surveillance."

"Vector, recon."

"So you're the Wolfpack huh?....I'm Arthur Winchester."

Lupo came forward and points behind me, I turn to see infected coming for us.

"Let's move to a more suitable location."

I gave them their orders...they seem reluctance but who cares. After a few minutes we head to an abandoned office...but inside were a group of survivors, some are high school students while the rest are civilians.

At first they hesitate but when they saw our guns, they open their doors for us. One of the them who seem to be the leader meekly walk towards us. The Wolfpack stood behind me...why are you guys standing behind me. Vector went invisible beforehand, the man walk towards me sweating...it seems that the thinks I'm someone important due to the Wolfpack standing behind me...

"Excuse me young master, are you happen to be someone important?"

I look towards him and smile and perform my child act.

"Yes Oji-san, my father is someone important so he sent these people as my bodyguard to protect me. Don't worry Oji-san with me by your side, you'll be safe."

Hearing this he smiles widely so were the others behind him. After talking to the man, he told me about their supplies situation...it's dwindling since yesterday, and they extra supplies they need is upstairs but unfortunately one of them went up to get the supplies got himself bit and they had to leave him behind blocking access.

"I see...so you want us to clear it for you."

When he heard what I said his groups' eyes glisten with hope when he heard me. As I walk I see someone looking at me, a young boy....hmm

"What is it?"

"Ummm...nii-chan did you see her? she's my sister. She went to Fujimi Academy...she was supposed to pick me up...I miss her."

He gave me a picture from his wallet..it's a family picture and at the back is the home address and phone number. But what strike me the most was the sister....I've seen her....she was the girl I killed in that broom closet...this boy...he's still alive...

My eyes turn blank and looks at him with cold eyes...it shook him a bit and take a step back.

<Arthur...stop...there's no reason for it, they're innocent people. They're not like them from the academy..these people are not infected.>

....'No exception...I..WE ALWAYS TIE UP LOOSE END.'

<Arthur..don't!>

'Our guns..give them to us.'

<Arthur please I'm begging you to stop...your sister wouldn't want this. We only kill when there's a reason to..these people pose no threat. Plus we'll soon leave this world so there's no need to wor->

"Shoot them."

We gave the Wolfpack their order. They look at us feeling confuse, but Beltway did not hesitate and aim his shot gun at the man shooting him in the head.

The blood splatter at the boy's face causing him great shock. He turn to face me and look terrified...the boy before him was a monster in a child's body.

We took the handgun from Lupo's waist and aim at the boy's head.

"Farewell."

"Onee...onee-cha-"

*PEW*

After shooting the boy in the head...his last thought was probably his sister. Seeing this Lupo gave her team the signal to shoot on sight. Specter and Bertha shoot them up with their assault rifle while Four Eyes shoot with her SMG, Beltway blasted them with his shotgun. Vector while invisible kill those who try to escape. Bullets riddles their bodies and one by one they fall dead.

.....then....then there was silence....we....I look upon the deed I've committed.

<Arthur....what have you done...>

Solomon appear before me, behind him are the dead bodies...all those lives...gone. He looks towards me and see no grin on his face....oh no.
