1 My first encounter with the Absolute Truth System

With a pop music sound on my ears, I'm walking back to my home in the Paris suburb "Grand Vieux Paris".

While daydreaming, I'm thinking about my workday as a consultant in web development at my customer office.

All was peacefull, the afternoon in this winter 2137 was warmth with a lazy sun behind some grey clouds.

Then when I'm crossing a road, a noise attacked my ears. Just the time for me to turn my head to the noise direction, all around me became white.

Like a flash that blind me, I then see nothing else, only a black veil around me.

Sometime after this event, that surprised me a lot, I have a feeling that something else is not right. I don't know how many time has passed. I think I do not feel my limbs anymore.

This is not good.

I don't even know if my body still exist or not, same for my eyes.

I can not explain how I can see this darkness before me. It's like only my consciousness is alive...

Do I see this darkness with my consciousness ?

No one answered me... I'm alone in the dark. No sound, no feelings, nothing, only the darkness and this loneliness.

Then, I do not know how many time has passed after this sad event, a green line with words in english appear from nowhere in front of me.

What the hell is this ? Do am I dreaming or something ? Is this a joke ? I was walking home and for a reason I did not understand, I'm here alone with a green line floating in the void.. And what is this Absolute Truth System ?

It take me 5 times to read this green line before to integrate the meaning behind it under this fantasy context.

Ok, apparently, my gift is not something that is great in this ranking. And from the First gift name, I begin to understand what is my context I'm on. And then a red and gold clocks counters appear under the green line.

What are these ? I said in my consciousness.

"Oh, the red counter is a timer indicating how much time left for you to understand how to use my power. After that, it'll be reset to show you how many days you will be alive before dying.

The gold timer will show you in how many days you will meet a good event. But if its color will turn to purple, your next event will be a bad event. All gifts from the divine game have these features."

Me : I see, well. So i have only about 2 hours to know how to use this gift. And from the informations i know until now, I'll start to play some divine game after that, maybe at least I'll be against 999998 players... But why am I in this situation ?

"You was select randomly from the Death Wheel. Well you have this time, some Bad luck my lady."

Each day, i can give you an answer for 1 question with an "Absolute Truth System" answer. And this absolute truth answer will always be a "Yes" or a "No". After this, my consciousness see another counter appear under the green line in light blue with the number "1". This number have some thikness in it, with a dark blue color at the number's base, with a width like 1mm, the number is like 1cm tall. It seem to show my gift power growth progress.

"From now on, you can ask me any questions about gifts in the next divine game. I will not answer about anything else. If i give you an ATS (Absolute Truth System) answer, it'll not count as your daily limit ATS answer."

Me : "..."

After some thinking, I ask : How many gifts exist in the next divine game ?

"From the divine game database, it'll have 1 million gifts in the next divine game."

My gift is really within the bottom group ranking.

Tsss, this ranking is a little bit strange. It seem absolute truth answer is more valuable than energy manipulation.

Is the gift ranking also take into it's screening, the best way the player can use the gift power ?

Is that so, I do have some luck to be victorious against players with gifts better than me.

After another brainstorming, I ask : How can i develop my gift power ?

But before you told me that I win nothing after each ATS level. How come you tell me now that my answer line will evolve after ATS lvl10 ?

It's like a heart, .. my new heart.. Then it's seem that my organs and limbs came back.

This feeling to be alive from a mortal world came back.

I try to open my new eyes, some lights began to disapear. I see some forms. Then I hear some noises in my new ears.

For some reason, I understand these noises, like a new birth language.

It seem my gift give me some inate capacity to understand this new world communication language. Maybe this world is somewhere inside this damned Divine Game ?

Two men are looking at me. A man with red hairs and another one with black hairs. The red man is taller than the black hair man. It seem I'm in the black hair man arms. The red hairs man seem to worry about me. His green eyes do not leave me a second.

Some bright lights seem to cover my entire body, and a warmth feeling seem to check all my organs...

The black hair man : "It's a miracle Joseph, Sophia came back to life. This flying knife attack seem to not take away her life, even if her blood was enough to frightened me, after receiving this flying knife attack from this b.tch."

Joseph : "Vexim, protect her well, I must go after this b.tch. Continue with your healing. I'll be back soon. People that attack the Lancastera family must die !"

Vexim, with a smile : "No worry, now that I'm here, your new born daughter will not die easily."

Then Joseph Lancastera go away at a lightning speed.

So my new identity is Sophia Lancastera in this new world that I know nothing.

A new life in a new world. How will I start from here ?
