11 SEPARATION

At the middle of the night i wake up by the chores coming from the outside. It was a man yelling to someone.

"We are not your dogs, so we will not tolerate you from now on. Separation is the only solution now, we will head our way". The man said.

"Who ever is here would be under our control, it's our town and you are using our resources. But you ungrateful human beings, you're telling us you wanted to separate from us". The other man yelled back at him in an angry tone.

They yelled at each other for some minutes, but there was a sudden silence outside. Then i heard a man laughing.

"I believed a donkey cannot trot for too long. I expect this from you, if you want separate with me i can't help. You can leave anytime but if you change your mind our door is always open". The man said in a serious tone and leave. From the voice i understand it was a lord of 'DUMAH'. The other rebels discuss for a little while and then leave.

Early in the morning the guards of the interrogation room enter our room and dragged us out. They didn't even allowed us speak.

"We have to leave now, we will no longer stay here". Shahid (Rebels leader) said. But unfortunately one of his soldiers speak which got him shocked. He was telling him that he will not follow him to a life or death path. He even tells him that he joined the army of DUMAH.

Surprisingly Shahid tells his soldiers that if they wanted to stay at DUMAH, he will not force anyone to follow him.

This leads to collapse of his soldiers, because many chooses to stay there instead of following him.

I can see clearly in his eyes that he was hurt, because no one among his soldiers dare disrespect him before. But today he looses not only his pride but his loyal soldiers. After a few seconds of silence we were dragged like slaves.

We had a long walk of atleast 60 kilometres before we stop at the 'DUHUWA' forest and waited for a night before we continue.

At that forest we had seen many things that terrified us. It was a kind forest that has many long trees and lot of deadly animals. Even the rebels scared by the roaring of an animal that looks like a tiger, but it wasn't it.

"We cannot stay here till night, because those animals are more strong in the night". Shahid said.

"So we have to move now and no one turned around as we walk". He added and then divided us into two groups.

We walk slowly and those that are on the vehicles where paused, waiting for us to leave first. Unfortunately i turn to see what is at my back, the thing i saw makes me screamed like am about to vomit my lungs.

It was a big animal i saw with a big red eyes that looks like a fire. It has large mouth that looks like a small cave with it nose at the center of it forehead. I started running while screaming and even the rebels at that time run.

After a few minutes of running, then we stop and Shahid yell at me. He raised his hand to slap me but he was Stop by the strong sound. It became deadly silent, while i grabbed one of the girl near me.

"Shshshsh..... don't speak". He whispered at us. And when it become about ten minutes he signs with his hand for us to move.

We begin to move in line and no body dare to face back. This time we managed to escaped from the animals and head to a small road that lead us back to boarder. As we near the boarder we stop and wait for the night.

"If you makes any sound that will notice the army we are here hmm.....". Shahid nodded his head and begin to walk slowly and then he was froze like he was hold by someone.

"And you". He pointed me with his gun.

"You will die if you mess with me, stupid. He added and continue.

Deep inside my heart, I was hoping to be caught even if it will cost my life i don't care this time. Because i hate been with those people.

"Do you think they will escaped with us this time?". A girl next to me whispered into my ear.

I take a deep breath and then replied, i don't know loudly that nearly makes a strong sound.

Shahid gazed at me with his flamming eyes that started dropping the water. Immediately it sent the knot into my stomach and i quickly take my head down.

Nearly an hour the army on the boarder started enjoying themselves with alcohol. They were clapping and dancing. This is what the rebels wanted them to do, i said inside my heart.

Seeing that Shahid made a new plan to strike the army and take all they weapons. But he warn his men to take care not fight them directly.

"It will be simple strike, because we doesn't have much weapons now". He said in a serious tone and ordered them to strike.

Within a few hours they finished with army on the boarder, and even got more vehicles. With those weapons they also take advantage of the refugee camp and took another ladies with us.

But the problem is they don't have a call from anyone among the high ups. In that case Shahid make decision of taking us to one of they secret camp.

Unfortunately there was a sound of the gun behind us. It was the army that was alerted of what happened at the boarder. They followed us and even started firing.

This time the army doesn't care who are with them. All they want is to get them and killed them no matter how.
