32 Chapter : 32 Familiar Forest 2

As the night sky was shimmered with the sparkles of white and blue light and the sound of the impacts of the ongoing battle, the Rias group watched curiously.

"Zatouji, what's happening? Did someone attack the Familiar Forest?" the knight asked worried.

As his job is to protect the Gremory children's from any harm, can't risk them to be around.

"No, I don't think so. That area is where Tiamat lives, and sometimes she gets naughty," Zatouji said, looking at the sky, remembering when Tiamat, feeling bored and unable to sleep, would try to exhaust herself by exercising.

"But who is the other person with her... is it some guest of hers?" Zatouji muttered, questioning himself.

"It might be that someone attacked...maybe we should inform this to the Gremory family," the knight said, worry evident in his tone as the display of power in the fight intensified.

"Nahh...don't worry, Sir Alaric Schattenreiter. If it were something like that, Tiamat would probably inform me that someone is trying to attack us," reassured Zatouji.

"Let's just carry on with the suitable familiar search for the kids, and let's avoid that area," Zatouji suggested, attempting to ease the tension. The ongoing fight was merely an exercise for Tiamat, and who would dare to provoke one of the strongest Dragon kings?

Only a fool would attempt such a feat.

Yet, Alaric Schattenreiter Zeoticus Knight remained suspicious.

.....

The battle between Vali and Tiamat intensified, with Vali refusing to give up even though he hadn't landed a proper attack on her.

"Albion, your host seems to be a crazy," Tiamat taunted, amidst blocking Vali's punches.

"Well, it might be true, but he will also become my strongest host," replied Albion's voice coming from his wings.

"Strongest!"

Tiamat seized one of Vali's hands and tossed him towards the ground. Vali, however, managed to stop himself mid-fall, regaining balance. He thought he had saved himself from her attack, but it was Tiamat's plan to create distance between them.

She then unleashed a massive fire beam, engulfing Vali as he surrounded the fire.

A resounding sound filled the air: "Divide...divide...divided...."

The fire beam slowly dissipated, revealing Vali confidently floating in the air without a Damage.

"That annoying ability...but how long can you divide?" Tiamat smirked, surrounded by five large fireballs.

Tiamat launched all five fireballs at once, each moving in a different direction. Vali swiftly scanned left and right, tracking every fireball as he dodged one that came towards him. He maneuvered skillfully, evading each fireball that followed, until he realized they were following him in a line.

With quick thinking, Vali decided to redirect the fireballs towards Tiamat.

"You didn't think I could only make five fireballs, did you?" Tiamat remarked with a smile.

Vali, who was about to reach Tiamat, heard her words and realized his mistake. As Tiamat launched one more fireball, it collided with Vali, causing the rest of the fireballs to converge on him simultaneously.

Vali's armor covered with black smoke as he plummeted to the ground with a resounding THUD!, creating a crater upon impact.

While Dylan was watching the battle with great interest, finding it entertaining to see Vali's ass getting kicked like that, he thought it might help in calming him down a bit since he always gets crazy when it comes to fights.

But will he?

Dylan was unsure whether Vali would learn the lesson. Then he suddenly looked toward Tiamat, who was looking towards him with a smile.

Dylan gulped nervously.

"That kid also doesn't seem normal? Maybe I should test him," Tiamat thought to herself as she created a small fireball in her fingertips and shot it towards Dylan.

Dylan's eyes shone blue as four Fly Cutter Blades appeared beside him out of nowhere. Well he keeps his blade inside the Almenia, he can summon it just by thinking of getting it.

As his four blades flew forward and connected their points, they started to rotate like a fan, creating a shield.

The fireball collided with Dylan's shield, causing an explosion, but his shield remained intact.

It wasn't a strong attack, since Tiamat wanted to see whether he was strong enough to block it or not.

"Interesting! Seems like Albion's Host Friend also has some unique tricks," Tiamat muttered to herself, wanting to see more.

At first, she thought these kids were just overflowing with their young blood and came to fight her, but seeing how the Albion host lasted against her and the fight he gave made her seek more of the battle; she wasn't satisfied.

The fighting spirit inside her was already lit up.

"Let's see what more you have."

Tiamat smiled as she created five huge fireballs and launched them against Dylan.

Dylan, who saw all those fireballs coming towards him, cursed Vali under his breath as he swiftly flew inside the forest, thinking it would help in blocking the fireballs.

While Dylan ran away he forgot about the snake that he was sitting on, which turned to into crisp on contact with the Fire ball's giving aroma of the cooked meat.

But as Dylan looked back, he saw the fireballs following him without colliding with trees, swiftly moving through the narrow gaps and even burning some of the trees to ashes.

"How will I block them all?"

Dylan, confused, realizes that the fireballs are not normal since they took down Vali when they collided with him. Blocking all five of them at once is not possible for him, as the fireballs can move in any direction, making it impossible to block one without the others coming from different angles.

Dylan calls out his Fly Cutter blades, which appear beside him and fly forward as he moves ahead. His hand gestures, and the four blades move forward, rotating individually, cutting the trees from the stem in front of him. A total of six trees are cut as he suddenly leaps into the air, accompanied by the six trees that were cut.

The rustling of the leaves can be heard as all six trees follow Dylan in the air.

"Since I can't dodge the attacks, I will just try to attack the caster," Dylan decides as he charges towards Tiamat with the six trees encircling him."

Swosh!!..

Dylan, accompanied by the trees and the following fire walls, all went towards Tiamat's direction.

However Tiamat appeared carefree, smiling as Dylan approached.

Dylan gestured his hand forward as the trees collided with Tiamat but burned to ashes just by touching the fire surrounding her.

Viewing this as an opportunity, Dylan thrust his fist forward, his Fly Cutter's tip connecting like a drill infront of his fist with shimmering blue energy.

Shzzzz...

A piercing screech filled the air. "Did you really think that would work?" The fire slowly dissipated, revealing how Tiamat's palm had effortlessly blocked Dylan's attack. Yet, something akin to a blue scale shimmered where Dylan's blade had made contact, emitting sparks.

Dylan turned to witness the fire closing in but exploding midway. "Don't worry, kid. I have no intention of killing you," Tiamat assured.

"Are you sure about that?" Dylan questioned silently as he backed off, floating in the air.

"It's unbelievable that someone as young as you can generate that much power... seems like the world is getting interesting outside," Tiamat muttered, chuckling.

But to Dylan she seemed like psycho.

"You, kid, go check if your friend has woken up or not."

Dylan immediately descended towards Vali, who lay in the crater, his armor cracked and barely holding together.

He knocked on Vali's helmet.

"Yoo, wake up Vali... We need to run... that woman is crazy."

Continuing to knock, Dylan's patience wore thin. He clenched his helmet tightly, breaking it.

"Wake up, you bastard!" Dylan shouted, seeing Vali's eyes closed and his breathing rhythmic – basically knocked out. Dylan gave him a barrage of slaps on both cheeks.

As Vali's eyes slowly opened, he mumbled, "What happened?"

"Nothing happened, except she kicked your ass."

To be continued...
