" yo gramps, what did you want to tell us?"I said sitting down with Luffy

" hey gramps when will we start training? " Luffy asked

" That's what I want to talk about, tomorrow is the 5th of May you will be 5 years old and I will start you're training" he said

" grandpa before that I have questions"I said

" alright Pete you can ask me whatever you want" he said rubbing my hair...I ain't no little kid.

" So, first what is the role of the marines " I asked, through my researches I found a lot of things about the corrupt marines now I wanna know the standing of my grandpa before choosing between the marines and the pirates

" oh! that's a good question, I know that the two of you aren't kids no more, only looking at your eyes I can say that you're even more mature than some old people" he started, when we heard that Luffy and I grinned, I don't know why but with all the things that I'm teaching him Luffy is now more mature.

We've been doing some light exercises and I taught Luffy some fighting techniques. I picked exercises that would no hinder our grow but whenever Gramps see us he would give us his 'fist of love' for started early training.

But it did benefit us now our body are stronger that normal grown mans, of course our Gramps ain't normal. Which normal people can beat six ten meters long ea monsters with one punch, killing them all at the same time.That's a feat that even the strong pirates in paradise can't do, so I concluded that he was someone important.

When I did my investigation I found that my Gramps is one the best fighter in the entire world and is even called the marine Hero, I also heard that he fought The pirate king on a standstill a lot of times.

And about the pirates king Luffy and I think he really is a cool guy, the marine are demonizing him but our Gramps never said something bad about him. Plus about the message he gave before dying, I think a lot of us misinterpreted what he said, I think Roger just wanted people to enjoy traveling in the seas but not to rob, ****, or kill innocent people.

That's why I concluded that there was too type of parties, the good ones and the decent ones. The same thing goes for the marines too. The good marines are those that follow the orders set by there superior even if it involves killing people or destroying islands like O'Hara for example.

When I first read about that story I was so mad that i wanted to try and learn how to read the ancient languages, guess I'll ask Gramps if he can introduce me to someone who can.

Anyway the good pirates are the same and do whatever the 'new' pirated of this era do. Those are the good marines and pirates, now for the decent ones, a decent marine will do everything that seems right in his mind, let's take Gramps for example he barely follows the orders from above like the other vice admirals. He do whatever he thinks is right, I even saw him tear a letter that was given to him from the higher ups after reading the content.

A decent pirates is someone who travel the sea without bothering no one. They only protect their crew members, family members and only intervene when they think that something ain't good for an island.

" alright i'mma keep it real for the two of you " Gramps started

" Our duty as marines is to maintain a law and order throughout the world and impose the will and might of the world government. Therefore we are considered the key strategic development force and are expected to obey them "he said

" Do you really think they're maintaining law and order? " I asked making him start sweating because he knew where this was going and he didn't want that to happen. Whenever he has that kind of feeling, the feeling like something big is going to change, then for sure the future will be altered. The same thing happened to him when I was born as Luffy's twin brother, he had the feeling that I shouldn't be born and that some big part of the future have been redrawn.

That was the case for every Monkey D, they always get that feeling.

" I wouldn't say that we always do but we're better than pirates."he said

" I don't think so, compared to Whitebeard who consider every crew member as his son, or red hair Shanks who live freely without bothering no one, you guys look more like pirates" I said

" shishishishi... those two people are cool" Luffy said with shining eyes

" How did you know all that? "he asked baffled by our amount of knowledge

" shishishi... we have doing researches you know" Luffy answered

" Luffy could you stop with that laugh of yours "

" shishishishi..."

"we've sneaking in your room to read your dairies that you've been writing, I must say we didn't what you were written at first and it took us some time to decode it " I said

" and what's your conclusion " he asked

"We will be pirates, I'll be the captain and Pete will be my first mate. We will change the world " Luffy said, Gramps sweat dropped

" basically in our understanding of this world there two times of marine and pirates alike, the good and decent ones"I started

" Good and decent?"Garp asked

" The good marines are those that follows the order no matter what it is, and the decent ones just follow there minds and even ignore the orders given, just like you Gramps"I said

" what about the pirates?"

" well the good pirates are those who do the bad things and the decent ones are those who live freely like us in the future shishishishi" this time it was Luffy's answer

" so basically we want to change the mindset of people about pirates and find someone who can help us clean the marines from the inside while we work on the pirates " I said

" That's a good idea..."

" what... just like that I thought you would hit us with you're 'fist... OUCH "

" You think I'll let you off this easily now go to you're room you'll starting training tomorrow " he said

After we went out of the room he lean back on his chair " hah!... like father like son... I guess "
