10 Chapter 6: Writer saves the day?

"Shane.." The shadow demon's dark and deep voice said to Shane.

"Oh no, it has begun" I said.

I quickly ran in the opposite direction, the shadow demon started shooting dark beams at me but missed every shot, I saw Lilith arrived in the living room.

"Shane, run !!" I hear Lilith shouted at me, I hid on a pillar while the shadow demon looked around. I took a deep breath, why did I even write a horror-thriller story that is often associated with demons.

I take a peak, the demon flipped tables, trying to find me.

"Calm the fuck down, Shane. You fucking made this character so how does this demon you created appear?" I asked myself, rubbing my temples. "I need to find Allisa so I can defeat this demon, Allisa became the host"

I tugged my hair out of frustration. Lesson learned, Shane. Never write a monster that came out from your sudden ideas.

My phone vibrated as if a notification appeared. I quickly pulled out my phone and saw the notification.

--COMBAT MODE WILL BE ENABLED--

ACCEPT DECLINE

I quickly tapped ACCEPT and my hologram keyboard float out.

"What am I supposed to do with this keyboard?" I said to myself, brows furrowed. Almost everyone at the party walked out, running away from the house while the shadow demon was shooting a Dark Beam on the Pillar.

Lilith saw me with my floating keyboard and her eyes widened, "Shane, look out!"

I turned around and the pillar was about to fell, I quickly switched pillars to hide again. My phone vibrated in my pockets as if a new notification appeared, I pulled out my phone and saw the notification.

--COMBAT MODE: ENABLE---

Type a weapon to summon it.

I quickly had a weapon mind.

I typed "Flashlight" because I thought light can fight darkness, I rolled out of my hiding place and shined my hologram flashlight on the shadow demon. The shadow demon awkwardly stared at me while I was shining a light on him like a dumb kid.

Can I say the word fuck for every time I embarrassed myself, why I'm getting dumb and dumber. Was it because I have no break, writing words out? Or was it the stress?

"Yeah, I'm defeating you" I said to my shadow demon, my shadow demon enemy seemed to be mature than me and knew how dumb I am right now, in front of him.

The shadow demon fired a dark Beam on me and pushed me back to the wall. My back hurts from the impact, I winced as I tried to stand up. I quickly had another weapon in mind.

I typed "Claws" on my Keyboard and it gave me a Hologrammed Claw. On the corner of my eyes, I saw Lilith, running around trying to find someone. I looked at my hologram claws and looked at the walls. Is it sturdy enough? I jumped and started climbing around the wall while dodging the Demon's Dark Beams, I feel like spider-man.

As a writer, every situation made me think of a fictional character.

As I reached the top floor, I saw a girl sitting on the bed with completely black eyes. It was Allisa, I jumped and quickly ran towards Allisa.

The shadow demon shot me on the chest with the dark beam, making me hit on the pillar, I have taken so much damage and my body hurts so bad.

Lilith arrived upstairs and saw the girl floating in the air with white blank eyes, I tried to stand up but wince due to the pain. Lilith grabbed Allisa's hand and tried to wake her up, the shadow demon ascended on the top floor.

Lilith slapped Allisa, Allisa woke up and the demon slowly vanished.

I'm glad my main character saved a non-supporting character, wh-what's going on?

My vision blurred and everything went black. I groaned as I woke up in my dumpster with my suit still on. I saw a note that was right beside me, I grabbed the note and started to read it.

"HEY, SHANE! YOU LOOKED COOL TRYING TO FIGHT THAT SHADOW DEMON ON THE PARTY. THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO SAVE THAT POSSESSED GIRL.

PEACE OUT, LILITH"

I smiled, my phone vibrated in my pockets and I pulled it out.

SUBMIT CHAPTER 42: UNSOLVED CASE FELICIA

DEADLINE UPDATE: 2 hours.

I quickly clenched my fist and typed up to 600 Words, I published it and doze off to sleep.

I'm too tired from today's chapter.
