I was swallowing gulps and gulps of water.I tried to stay afloat with the little boy with one hand. Just then,a speedboat sped towards us.The rescuers in the boat grabbed the little boy first and gingerly placed him in the boat with them.Then,they turned towards me.When one of their hands reached out towards me,I could not take it any longer.I stopped paddling and flapping.Without prior notice,I sank into the deep ,blue vast waters.
