1 New Beginnings

"Ugh why does it have to be so hot." Audrey asked her best friend Leighton. "Maybe because it's summer time Audrey" was Leightons reply. "Are you ready to go for a run. Or do you want to go for a swim. We leave in a few hours for Tennessee." They looked at each other and knew the answer without saying a word. That's best friends for you. They have grown up together well it also helps that they are cousins too. They girls just graduated from high school Audrey is 18 and Leighton was 17 about to be 18. Getting ready to go to Tennessee for the first time. It was great as well they get to go to the University of Tennessee. They were about to start a new life. They love the life they have but with them having overprotective parents and aunts and uncles it made it hard on them. They could not date or anything without there uncles being in the background always watch. So neither of them have ever kissed a boy. They were not even allowed to go to parties. So they pretty much lived a sheltered life. So the girls where ready to let loss some. If only they knew they were going to meet their mates. Yes mates not the girls are not your normal girls they are werewolves so they were hoping to find love. The one that last forever. So the girls went out and hide behind a tree to strip off their clothes to shift to the wolves. Audreys wolf was a white wolf with a blue tint to it. Like her mother wolf but a little darker than her mother. Leightons wolf was a grey and her ears tips black. Like her father's. They started to run and play around hoping to pass time. They both come to a clearing with beach just up ahead. Leighton walk up ahead to check to make sure no one was there. Once she mind linked Audrey coast was clear. Everyone worried for Audrey because her wolf was a rare one just like her mother's. Once Audrey come out she shifted back to her human self just like Leighton. Audrey waved her hand and sitting on the ground was two bikinis one has hot pink the other was a light blue.
