Seeing her laugh like this make me smile unconsciously. So cute i thought. With that thought, i'm in blank state once more. That expression of me make her smile wider.
"Why are you always daydreaming? Did you have daydreaming disorder?" She covered her mouth, but i can see her eyes already laughing.
I lower my head to hide my blushing cheeks. Not wanting to embarrass me anymore, she turned around to lead the way.
"Lets go, i dont know you are such a shy boy" She grinned naughtily.
"So,can we be friend?" I asked cautiously. My heart beat fast. Please say yes. Please say yes.
Placing her finger on chin pretending to be in deep thought.
"Ummm,No" She replied shortly
"No?" I said with a dumb expression.
"Yes. NO PROBLEM. Ahhaha. Of course its no problem for me becoming your friends." Amused by my expression she chuckled.
"You are so easy to tease" Continued her
"Because you are such a bully." I thought. Avril breathed sigh of relief seeing his proposal accepted. I'm so happy. I finally finish my first task at the 1st day and become a friend with Audrey. Hehe killing two bird with one stone. Hmmm,i need to gift something to jake tomorrow for giving me this opportunity.
Seeing his brightened face,she immediately said
"Are you happy now?"
"Yes yes,very happy" I replied subsciously
"Cough,so lets start with the formal handsake." She stretched her hand over me
"My name is Audrey Han. Nice to meet you" With a smile along with two dimples.
I slowly stretched my hand over her. And finally i reached her hand.
"My name is Avril Ean. Nice to meet you too" I smiled broadly. Its feel so good holding her hands like this. How i want this moment become forever.
Although both of us seem reluctant to let each other hand go,but we must. Because its not a time yet.
"Because we are friend now. Why not celebrate it somewhere?" She asked
"Hmmm,good idea. Where do you want to go?" I replied
"STREET FOOD AREA" Her eyes sparkling like a child seeing candy.
"Are you sure? Its a bit unhygienic." I asked doubtly. This girls look like from a rich family. Does she know that a street food is a bit unhygienic.
"Yes yes for sure. I never tried it before. So i'm curious about it. My parents always prohibited me to eat some food from streets." She pouted sadly
I cant bear seeing her sad face,so i reluctantly agreed. Its not like she will get poisoned and dead right? Maybe just a bit indigestion.
"Okay,okay. I will show you the way." With a helpless look i lead the way.
"Yay. Thank you Ril" Excitedly she replied.
