Doc booted up the computer that he had brought with him. It was obviously a really expensive and extensively customized piece of equipment. It was fast and seemed to respond to what he wanted almost instantly.

Doc pulled up the police records for Waterton the night that I was left on the beach. It wasn't like he was looking up all crimes that happened that night and going through them. He was able to narrow it down and within seconds, the file was displayed on the large laptop screen.

Makai and I were gathered behind Doc so that we could see the information that was being displayed. There was a lot to sift through, different codes and call letters that were listed that I didn't understand. There were names, addresses, phones numbers, and descriptions given.
