1 The Suspicious Thing

"Pinox" screeched king senior. "Farmer in Legianda are undergoing a massive famine due to a long period drought. I command you to prepare some sort of your witchcraft to bless the doting people of Legianda" "Yes my lord , I am always down for thy command" vocalized Pinox. "This work should be done in a twinkling of the eye." commanded King Seniore . "Pinox you are a very loyal and smart advisor under my vision. Don't let me down." "Never in a centennial" pleased Pinox. But who knew he was as clever as a jackal. Everyday at the nightfall he used to say 'Absconde Legianda' and arrive at his fort - The Drevlen and make his powder . Deliana – The winsome tot of the King was in good elations with Jonathan whose father – Frank M. Wilson was a good friend of the king and also led the military forces of Legianda . Both Deliana and Jonathan were fond of eachother and used to play along a lot . Like a lot . Nandrom – Pinox's father was not at all like the latter one. He used to live with the customary population . Nandrom was endowed with the power of reading future during the last counts of his life . Pinox dested his father and never followed the commands of the second - mentioned . Like this in the process of obeying and functioning 2 years passed . Once when Nandrom dropped a visit to the palace to have a look at the functioning in the palace and if his son was not planning a fishy situation , at the night when he was not fully asleep and gave a faked sleepy nature he saw his son's shadow through the curtains . He noticed him talking under his breath and then in no time he was under vision . Nandrom wondered the whole night where on the Earth did Pinox disappear . But when he woke up he saw him dressing in the usual clothes with no sport of bags under his eyes . Nandrom was in great confusion the whole day regarding this . This was seen on his face when he came in the line with the bludgers instead of standing with the advisors . Pinox was ashamed of this behavior of his father and also questioned abt the same but was not successful in getting any answer . Nandrom when sitting on the dinner table thought that he would tie a bag of rice in Pinox's bag so that if he even feels heavy he wouldn't doubt it as he would take it as the weight on of his tools . He also made a hole in the bag so that the rise falls everywhere Pinox goes from the castle to the unknown place . Through this Nandrom could track down the path and and reach the place where Pinox resides everynight . "Son I had a great time with you and the king . I must leave now and not trouble you any more . I shall bid farewell to the king and leave soon . If u wish do come home and meet your mother and others . " said Nandrom . "Goodbye father , ll try if possible to pay a visit . "replied Pinox . After valediction with the king and his fellow court men Pinox left the castle . All had pinned thoughts that Nandrom was returning to his home . But it was not as It seemed . Nandrom was able to see the fallen rise in the bright sunshine and planned to follow those . But first he need to leave behind his belongings and pack the essentials . "Dear , I am going for a vital job . I cannot assure you my return by the dark so you help yourself with the dinner ."said Nandrom to Gerlin (Nandrom's wife). "Good bye dear . Be back soon." replied Gerlin . After packing the nuts and the bolts Nandrom left for his way . Usually to reach the fort one would take a year to arrive at the fort , but , bye following the rice path Nandrom reached there bye 2 hours . It was 1:00 in the afternoon when Nandrom reached The Drevlen . At first he felt uncomfortable to hop inside but then he had to , to know the truth about his son . "Oh my my!"exclaimed Nandrom . "What a dusty place it is , I wonder how does Pinox work here . And why….."He was having a great confusion but it didn't last long . Pinox got answers to all of his questions when he saw Pinox's spell book and a pot with boiling water in which there were back bone of fish , hands of lizard , mouth of shark , tale of a dog and what not . "Magical salt that would erase memor…..mem…..memory . Oh my god , what is Pinox upto . I must clutch the book and run away from here before Pinox cathes his eyes on me . " After safely keeping the book in his bag and assuring that no clue is left of his visit Nandrom left . He was very worried about his son and his fishy plans . "I don't know what does Pinox want from this "muffled Nandrom while on his way back . "Oh its still not the crack of dawn . Gerlin will be surprised and happy to see me back . Let me ruah before she finishes the dinner "
