15 Chapter 14: Ancient Taboo

In the hideaway was Jugo and the two sword spirits, they were observing and monitoring Kids body going through a harsh change. What they saw was an unconscious body levitating off the ground. Every wound Kid got in the Inner Soul Realm would show up on his physical body.

"Lady Sword Spirit, I don't think he'll make it out alive, I currently believe he's too weak." Jugo not showing one ounce of care for Kid, he was simply a body guard for the Sword Spirit.

"Now now, if he's that man's disciple, he'll be just fine, you out of anyone should know that best, you've never been able to beat him in a sparring match even when he was over 60." Offended by the Sword Spirits words but reluctantly she was right Jugo had no choice but to agree.

"Its been already a week, I'm amazed that the boy isn't coming back due to fright alone, the Inner Soul Realm, what a mysterious place, time moves faster when you're in yourself I guess." With Jugo saying that he takes his leave to procure more food for the spirit.

"Hahahahah boy I chose a good host this time, I'm glad it ain't another weak little shit like the last one I died in!!" The Drakin and Kid have been fighting for more than a week, Kid never experienced a torment like this not even with the Old Man.

"So, when I kill you, absorb your soul and take your flesh, I'll finally be able to let loose, you know, maybe kill that spirit that's helping you, maybe that forsworn that admires you what's his name? Mabel? ah fuck it he'll be dead anyways, oh I know hehehe I'll abuse and batter that cute little beast girl that also likes you, oooo wouldn't that just be a surprise to her thinking it's you and I just use her to my own pleasure, I've always been curious as to what offsprings would come out from raping a bitch like that!" The Drakin was monologuing to a half dead kid without a care in the world.

Kid stands up and positions himself in a fighting stance one arm limp and the other having barely any strength, the Drakin laughed at Kids attempt to even make a stand against him, he points his long like finger tipped with extremely sharp nails and in a flash pierces Kids left eye, ripping it out of the socket.

Kid wails out in pain, the Drakin isn't done with his abusive onslaught, he grabs Kid and with his razor sharp teeth bites kids left arm ripping out chunks of meat, spitting it out for the abnormalities to feast on.

Whilst in the cave the Sword Spirit had naught one thing she could do, but watch a boy at the age of 17 losing part of his sanity and even limb usage. "Little one, if this boy does not survive, you know what must be done." The Sword Spirit herself was now worrying.

Kid was on his knees with his head slumped down facing the slimish ground, it was slowly swallowing him, he was lost in his head, filled with negative thoughts and false ideals, no chance of winning, The Old Man wasted his time with a weak sack of shit like me.

"Come on boy, get over yourself you think I'd have any fun with just this?" The Drakin picks up Kid, lifting him off the slimy ground, he punches Kid in the chest cracking five ribs and puncturing a lung. he throws kid at the abnormalities where they inflict even more stab like wounds on him.

"You may have lasted a week longer than my last host but your still a weak piece of shit in my eyes, boy." The Drakin was getting bored with Kid, all those years and for what to lose and die literally in his own soul realm.

As the Drakin began to make his way to the source of Kids soul, he stops and feels a faint power coming from Kid it actually sends a shiver down his scaly spine. He turns to face the gathering crowd around Kid, but they were still enjoying themselves to Kids blood and flesh. The Drakin thought he just imagined it and went back to making his way.

"Where are you going, you parasitic fuck." The Drakin instinct were right, he stops walking "Hehehehe you abandoned ones just don't stop till yer dead." He faces towards Kid and sees a sight he's never seen in the past thousands of years he lived.

Kids left arm was gnawed off, his throat was running red with blood from a deep cut, a bone from his rib cage was piercing through but the thing that shocked even a Drakin, in his right hand was a half eaten heart of one those abnormalities and the other half being swallowed by Kid.

"You look like you ain't never seen desperation before, you talk all that shit about murdering and rape, but can't stomach a boy who's willing to crawl through shit to live." Kid finishes the heart and grabs another abnormal and rips the throat out to eat that, after that whatever else he can get his hand on to fuel himself.

The Drakin knew immediately he'd have to kill Kid before it's too late, he knew that if Kid continues to eat anymore he'd become an unstable monster even for the Drakin to handle.

"Boy you're one crazy son of a whore, you realize what you've done? Even if you win this there's no going back, you got the taste of blood in your mouth and you're just gonna want more, wanna know why dear old Great one *spits* abandoned you guys, it was because one of your tribesmen found out that if you eat your enemies you become even stronger." The Drakin spoke of an ancient taboo

"Again with the fucking monologue, shut the fuck up." Kid not even yelling or angry, rather yet.. calm, frightenly calm as if he was never hurt or in pain, he finishes whatever identified as meat in his hand and in a quick instant was right in front of the Drakin

The Drakin impulsively throws a straight punch with fingers pointed out to try and stab Kid, he hits Kid dead in the chest. "Hm I guess I'll be turning the tables now, I got you where I wanted you." Kid said as he smiled.

Kid bites into the arm of the Drakin ripping it off and begins to eat it. Kid doesn't give leeway to the Drakin he begins to unleash a deadly kick combo followed by a swift elbow to the Drakin forehead spiliting it open causing black blood to dribble out.

"I always feared hurting or killing others, I thought that if I did I was giving you power, or that you'd become stronger for me not able to stay sane, but no it was because I was afraid I was going to enjoy it too much like I do now." Now with Kid monologuing, the Drakin became speechless and prepared himself for the final fight over Kids body.
